Speaker 1: Alex Hermosi's first massive success in business was a company called Gym Launch. Last year, he sold that company along with two others for a whopping $46 million. And one of his superpowers that allows him to scale these businesses so fast and so far is his ability to generate just a flood of leads every single month for his businesses. So today, we're gonna look inside of his sales funnel at Gym Launch and see the secrets that led to this massive acquisition. So if you ever wanna see what ads somebody's running or what sales funnels are getting them all of these customers, you can head over to Facebook Ads Library. If they're running Facebook ads, you'll see them here. You first put in the location that they're running them to, in this case, the United States. You put in if you want all ads or just a certain type of ads, and then you type in the business name or if they're running it from an influencer's account, you put in the influencer's name. So in this case, Gym Launch. When we look at these ads, there's two main funnels that they're driving this business into. There's the seven money models and there's some sort of free kind of VSL training that is a little bit older, this video right here. So if we look at this, we'll first start with this video since this is an older one. And this is just a very simple landing page. Now, if you read Alex Ramosi's first book, 100 Million Dollar Offers, you'll hear him talking about kind of the big offer, the big guarantee, right? Like, what is it that you're promising? And this is something that Gym Launch can do better than pretty much anyone else I've seen. One of the headlines and the angles that you'll see in a lot of their ads is they guarantee that you'll make $150,000 from working with them. Now, some people spew out some crap like that, but few people can actually back it up. And they, to my knowledge at least, can't. They have the results in order to really back this up. So let's look at this headline here. That's the first thing when you look at any landing page, your eyes should go there first. If you see something else when you land on your landing page or somebody else's landing page, you know you're doing something wrong, right? Because you want to see the headline first where your eyes should go. There's a cool software for this called iQuant where you can plug in your site on the software from iQuant and it'll show exactly what most people are going to be looking at based on some heat maps and some different neuroscience that they plugged into the software. So here, the headline is definitely what sticks out first. Headline is the three-step gym launch acquisition system to fill your gym in 90 days with high-paying clients. So immediately, we have two really, kind of three things going on here. Number one, three-step, right? It shows it's a simple process. It's three steps. It's when you wrap your head around and you're thinking, what are these three steps? The second thing is gym launch acquisition system. It's a unique mechanism. So this unique mechanism is making people think, well, what are they doing, right? Instead of saying the three-step marketing strategy, like that sounds pretty bland, but when you add some spice to it, gym launch acquisition system, it sounds a lot better, right? So you can kind of make this your proprietary method that you're teaching. So the three-step gym launch acquisition system. Then the third thing to do is a state of promise. To fill your gym in 90 days, so it's giving a timeframe, right? People are like, 90 days, man, that's pretty quick. To fill your gym, that's what they want in 90 days with high-paying clients. So it's a triple whammy. It's a good timeframe. They wanna fill their gym, and it's with high-paying clients, not with cheap Planet Fitness clients, I guess. Even if you don't have a marketing budget, number two, and experience running ads. So the two things, these are probably the things that they're hearing on their sales calls most often. People are saying, oh, well, I can't do this, I don't have a marketing budget, or I don't have experience running ads. You can take those things that people immediately are gonna think why they can't do what you're teaching, and you put them straight into your headline. So this headline is top notch. This process has worked for over 5,000 gyms, right? They're adding in that proof and that trust there, and made over $650 million in fitness sales over the last seven years. I mean, talk about a rapport statement. That statement is gonna take away the doubt that they just raised by making such a big promise in the headline. Next up, for brick-and-mortar gym owners only. They continue to drive this point home because I'm sure they wanna restrict the people from going through their funnel and submitting an application and taking up space on their sales reps' calendars that are not brick-and-mortar gym owners. They just want brick-and-mortar gym owners. So if you're getting people inside your sales funnel that you don't want, you can add these messages throughout the funnel. We built a funnel earlier this year for somebody who helped authors scale their business, and he got a lot of people who were beginner authors. They were people who were trying to write their first book, and that's not who we worked with. So we put messaging throughout the funnel that said for experienced, published authors only to try and restrict those people out. And then it says, watch this groundbreaking video now. Cool. So watch this exclusive training, enter your name, email, and phone number below, and have this bar that's almost complete, kind of gamifying the process. Cool. So then the headline runs over again. So it's reminding you, hey, you're at the right place. This is a big promise. Same with the sub-headline, watch this video now. So they teach all this stuff, and then they go right here and they add in a call to action. It's actually pretty surprising. They didn't go, and he didn't even talk about it. It just says book a call below for your gym audit, and they have a bunch of testimonials. Again, adding in that proof, and it takes you to a very simple page where it shows you what we're gonna do on this call, and then you can book in a time. And then again, they have an application process to make sure these people are good. So all in all, a great funnel. The purpose of this is to get real gym owners primed up, warmed up, introduced to what they do, and believing that there's this better process to run their gym. Gym Launch has done it. They should come work with Gym Launch and book a call. Now let's look at really quick this second seven money models funnel. This one's very interesting, a little bit unconventional. I think you're gonna be surprised by it. So the headline, seven money models we use to scale gyms to over $100,000 a month, like Clockwork again. Same really section, same features of this headline. Same strategies used. Seven money models, unique mechanism. What are the seven money models, right? And it's specific, seven money models we use to scale gyms to over $100,000 a month. Again, going back to that point you made earlier, where do your eyes go? When I look at this, my eyes go to the headline, but then secondly, they not only go to the headline because it's big, but because there's two colors here. And then the promise is highlighted in this other color, right? And then like Clockwork, again, it's a time kind of suggestion, right? That it's simple, it's easy, and it's repeatable, right? Discover the best models for building a wildly profitable gym fast. Again, going back to that, like on the last page, 90 days, even if you suck at sales. This is the other thing that people are probably saying, I suck at sales, I don't wanna do this. 106 pages worth of gym growth strategies. So this is making you say, all right, I really, you know, I really want this. I really want to see what these 107 pages are. So same thing called action. It says, PS, leave your credit card at home. I thought that was a really cool line that just kind of takes down some of the sales resistance, right, if they're thinking they're gonna get sold to. And then there's also a little bit more on this page. These are the exact money models we've used to help gym owners scale to over $100,000 per month. And they give you a preview of what you get of these seven different money models, even though there's only six right here. And then you can click, yes, I want access. And then they show you again. I'm sure if you click that, it takes you back up to the call to action. And then boom. So yeah, they break down all of this. So now on this next page, they say, hey, your seven money models PDF is on the way. So it says, wants to scale your gym, watch this 15 minute video and book a call now. We guarantee, I can go back to that promise, to add $150,000 to your gym. So if you look at all of their copy, everything is about the gym owner. It's all about the benefit that they get. And then the proof that GymLaunch has done it many times before. And again, we have a VSL. This is a 15 minute video. I'm sure it follows a very similar framework. And it says, hey, claim my free gym strategy call. And then it brings you back to a similar page that we saw before, where you can go and you can book a call. So these are the funnels that have been generating them a massive amount of leads every single month. And if I had to guess, there's a lot of things going on here, right? If you want to copy these pages and put them into your business and see them work, a few things to look out for. Number one, watch these VSLs. I'm sure you'll learn a lot as to why they say what they say. Number two, this shows that oftentimes some of these simpler designs actually work better, right? I mean, we own funnel architecture and we build funnels all day long. This is what we do. And we see it time and time again, where in some cases, it's just intuition. Some cases, a more complex, more beautiful funnel works better. But in some cases, a simple funnel like this that looks clean, looks professional, works better. And it's just knowing what your client base wants, split testing different things, and just continue to learn and A-B test and optimize all of these things. If you enjoyed this video, I think you'll also enjoy this one. It's the four pillars of funnel architecture and how to apply them to your website, to your sales funnel, to two, to even three X your sales, if you're not already taking advantage of them. I'll see you there.
