Before Bill for Time, we just used a very general QuickBooks version that was bare bones. Very quickly at my old firm, we realized that was not going to get us very far at all. It was actually just causing confusion. So we needed to upgrade to something with actual matter management. And that was when we found Bill for Time. We chose Bill for Time because at the initial stages of the company, we didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on infrastructure. We needed to keep all the available dollars to invest right back into the business, payroll and things like that. We didn't really want to spend a huge amount of money on matter management. It was the simplest system that we could find that was a lot more structured, easy to use and a step kind of above QuickBooks. So Bill for Time was the easiest process I've ever done. We have never had to issue instructions on how to use it to any employee. It is that simple to use because it is kind of a basic format. Pretty much what we would tell new employees is you're doing one of two things. You're either entering time or entering expenses. And then at the management level, I was running invoices and taking a look at AR. So there's a lot of simplicity there. The onboarding process was seamless for us because we started at the early stages of the business. Getting onboarded with Bill for Time was very simple. We did it ourselves manually. And so that was a very simple process. So anyone considering Bill for Time, I can tell you it's a great system. It is simple. It doesn't have a massive amount of functionality. But the good part about that is it's related to cost. So the cost is very low because there's not a ton of bells and whistles. So it saves money there. But that also makes it super easy to use. I recommend it for anyone starting a small business that they want to be scalable. So if they want to grow the business, Bill for Time is fantastic in the early stages of that.
