+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: Now, coming to the last trend, I think this is the last trend. Most organizations, especially the larger organizations, we found that they have a design team in-house. And yet, although they do have the strong team in-house, they are outsourcing e-learning design and development and working with external teams because the volume, the numbers are very hard to meet. You know, the sheer enormity of the task that is ahead of us as training professionals. Sometimes there is far, the demands are too many coming at us from all sides and it's not enough to just have us work with our in-house design team. And this is where you can really leverage the expertise of an external team to provide the e-learning software expertise and free up your internal team to work on very high end, high impact propriety kind of projects. And probably those where, you know, it is really not possible to share that content with an external team despite all the confidentiality clause and so on, where you would much rather still have that content in-house. Now, having this benefit of working with an external team also makes sure that you can readily meet the demand for upskilling and reskilling by meeting this, by scaling up your learning solutions and providing them at speed. So probably, you know, one option could be having your internal design team do the design part, probably even go to the extent of designing the actual storyboards and then work with your external team for the development part of it. But then given the number of training requirements that are out there, a lot of our customers, you know, what we have found is we just are involved in the complete end-to-end, right from the design to the development and the delivery, we host it on the LMS. So involved in it throughout. So this is one way where organizations are ensuring that they can work with an external team as an extension, you know, of their own internal team. And it works out as a great opportunity to really get the best of both worlds and pull in the expertise and get the best products out there, best training programs out there. And the icing on the cake is you also get to enjoy hassle-free and error-free translations. And this, I think, is a trend that, again, is pretty much here to stay.
