Speaker 1: Yes, you need consistent branding if you're a brand, business, personal brand, or an aspiring content creator. And it's quite easy to do it once you understand why this is important, how to get started with it, and implement small tips, tricks, and strategies to be consistent with your brand. So I will just navigate you through this all things so that you understand and you start implementing these things from today in your content and marketing activities. Let's jump into the screen and get started. First things first, consistent branding in all your content across all platforms while doing your marketing activities. As a brand, business, personal brand, or an aspiring content creator, I'll give you four to five points on why you should start doing consistent branding for all your content across all that. One is consistency and trust. It definitely builds trust in your customer and the audience who are visiting you or interacting with you. Second is brand recognition and recall. It increases the brand recognition by 80%. That is a big number. Third is customer loyalty and advocacy. Consistent branding increases customer loyalty with 30% of consumers saying they would switch to a customer if they experience inconsistent branding. This is a data that I've taken out to make you understand why this is important. Next is competitive advantage. With so much noise around, consistent branding sets you apart from competitors and helps you stand out in a crowded marketplace. It definitely does. Next is employee alignment and engagement. Now, what is that? Say you are a company or a brand or a business and you have a work culture. So 90% of the employees feel proud to work for companies with strong, consistent branding. So I recall my job time when I got into a company and the first thing I was handed over was a brand identity kit to understand what the company is, what are their mission, what are their vision, what are their goals, what is their tone, what is their personality. In terms of color, what they are, in terms of font, what they are. So I had a rough idea of what the company is. So instead of starting from a black page, I had quite a bit of idea on what this company is and how to get my work started in alliance to what the company brand identity is. Next is return on investment. That is for every dollar invested in branding, businesses can expect an average of $5.33. The return on invest in this particular category, it's not easy to calculate, but on the long run, if you are playing the right game with being consistent in your branding, this is definitely showing results in greater. So this data emphasize the power of consistent branding in building trust, increasing awareness, fostering customer loyalty, driving business growth, and a lot more things. So by maintaining a simple and a consistent brand image across all touchpoints, all platforms via all content, businesses, brands, personal brands, and content creators can establish a strong market presence, attract loyal customers, and differentiate themselves from the market or the competition. So this is very important to understand why is it important. Now I'll start into how to get started with it. For most of you here, it's not easy to stay consistent with your branding. So I've put this, I would put this all details in very simple format and formulas where you can actually pick it up and start implementing from day one. I'm not going to get into more details or heavy details, which will be information heavy on you. And you will pull yourself back from starting to implementing on this. So the first thing is creating your brand Bible. That is your asset. How do you do that? Please don't be, don't fear from this word, brand Bible. It's not a dark thing to build. It's a very small minuscule thing that you can take out or spare out for next 15 to 20 minutes or an hour and you create your own brand Bible. Even to help you on how to do it, I've created a template for you and I'll share that in the description below. You can check it out, you can copy and you can start creating your own brand. So what does this include? This includes logo and its variation, logo and its logo color variation. Why is it important? You will figure that out when you will find the template. So every, you can create a logo of yours, which is the first thing you have to do. Second is mood board. What is the mood of your brand or the, or the business or yourself that you want to depict on your content or on the platforms that you are in? So this is clearly very important. Third is color and fonts. This is something that you use it in each and every part of your content. So you have to decide on what your colors are. You cannot play with all the colors available in the world. That is not making, you know, that will, that is not going to make you stand out. What is going to make you stand out is fixed colors and fixed fonts that you will be using, which will increase your brand recall whenever you're putting content out there. Next is tone. You should clearly understand how you're talking to people and is this the right tone? I want to interact with my customers or clients. So you have to write it down, which, which can be aligned with the storyline too. What is the storyline? Storyline is about you on what you do, how you do it and for whom you do it. And there should be your vision, mission and goal statement, which, which will also define the tone of your brand because your target audience would be defined there. Now if you are afraid or you fear of how to do this, I have created this for you already and this is how it looks like. This is a Canva template that I've created for you. All you have to do is create your logo, new variations, get in your color palette. If you have more colors, you can add more, put out, create or finalize your font, the main font and the secondary font, create a rough mood board and your brand story. If possible and you're very clear, write down your tone here too. In any case, if you, if you feel this is not enough and you have less clarity or no clarity, I have an example below for my own brand that I've created that has logo, logo variations in different colors, my color palette, my fonts, my mood board and the brand story. So this is what you have to create. And this one page Bible is ready for you to start getting consistent on your branding activities. Fishing out with brand Bible, how to do it. So how to do it is like implementing this on platforms, where do you implement most of your branding activity today at this digital time, we have platforms, we use platforms, we leverage platforms to bring in or push out some content in relation to our brand business or as a content creator. So there are two types of platforms. One is visual platforms, one is textual platforms. So a few of them can be a mix of two, but to give you a simple segregation, these are the two. For the time being, I'll take the leading visual platforms that are trending right now are Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. These are visual platform, where you have again, two types of content, which is static and video format. This is how you create your content. And the next one is text based platform, wherein you put more of articles and blog posts and other written material. This is the second one. I'll jump into first one first, that is Instagram and TikTok. First thing first, you have to create a content strategy, which is a separate thing. And this can be discussed separately. But to start maintaining or being consistent with your branding in all your contents, here are a few tips and tricks, which has helped me a lot. And I'm sure it is going to help you a lot either. Now what you need to do, I've broken this down into four simple things that you do. And boom, you are getting started with your consistent branding. Now, when I create content, I do a lot of pictures in my own color palette. So in this case, you have to take a lot of picture in your own color palette. That means if you find a background, which is quite interesting, go ahead and shoot yourself in that color palette. I try to sort my colors or wardrobe with the colors that are directly related to my brand or a part of my brand. So if I have that sort of color in my brand, and my wardrobe, so I try to shoot most of them in the colors that are there in my brand Bible. So take a lot of pictures in your color palette. If you can go with either you can go with your wardrobe or the background that's next is depicting all emotions pointing here and there, when you kick yourself, try to make sure that you that you click a lot of emotion that you capture a lot of emotion, you capture a lot of pointing out of things here and there, that will help you create good thumbnails, interesting, catchy, catchy video angles, catchy. Most of the time it's thumbnail, but it is definitely going to help you with your content. If you are if you are making more of information based content, say I take a picture like this, what I do is I just remove the background, I write a code here, and that is a content for me. So this is how I use it. Third is take a lot of boomerangs. Boomerangs are best used in stories. So what I do is take a lot of boomerangs and that particular combining the background or the attire that I am in, I take a lot of boomerang and try to use it in many stories by adding music and some text to it. So it gives a lot of attention because it has three elements in it. One is video, although it is kind of photo, but it is, it has motion in it. So it feels like a video, I add music to it. So there's another element which has audio. And the third is some information in the format of text. So this are really helpful for stories. Next is make a folder of stock photos of your brand colors and niche or intersection. So you cannot have a lot of photos to be that aligned with your mood board or the color board or the brand that you've created. So what you can do is get some really cool stock photos that is high quality, high resolution free photos that you can use for your content development or your content creation process. How to do that? There are a few websites that you can go and download pictures on two ways, on the basis of your niche and on the basis of the color. So here are a few websites that I visit regularly and I have a folder dedicated, created in my desktop. So when I keep downloading the stock photo, then I use this in the content where I require which aligns to my brand guidelines. How do I do it? Go to unsplash.com. If you enter niche where you are a social media manager, you can write the word laptop and you get a lot of good pictures. Say this is definitely going with my color palette. So I can just go ahead and download this. I can use it in my stories. I can use it in my videos. I can use it in my carousels, in my posts and anywhere I want. So all you want to do, all you can do is just go in, throw in some keywords. It can be on the basis of your color search or your niche search or it depends. It totally highly depends on what your niche is. So there are other platforms also, other websites also from where you can fetch this. So this is unstash. This is again a free platform, free website from where you can download a lot of high resolution and very good quality images and videos. Second is Pexels. So here you can browse in through illustrations, photos, videos, music, soundtracks, a lot of things that you can download, which goes with your color palette. And here again, you have to throw in your keyword and it will give you a lot of amazing high resolution images. You can download it. Next is Pexels. So this is a great website from where you can get soft photos and footage. This is what I do. And if you go to my profile, most of my thumbnails, background images have been taken from Pexels. So this definitely helps being consistent with your branding activities or your branding game. Next is planning, create ID prints and release thumbnails with color, font, and consistency. So you can definitely take some images from here and create an amazing thumbnail. I told you, like you can point out here, what you can do is put your bigger here with no background, write some text here and a great thumbnail is ready with color of your choice. So coming up with nice, really great thumbnail will maintain your IG grid, which is a great way of maintaining your brand consistency, branding consistency. And this is definitely going to help you. And this is how I do it. Again, when you edit it, again, you will have the same color, same font, and same mood that you have to align. Every time you feel, you know, this is not aligned, just go back to your one page brand Bible and you will figure out if I'm in the right direction or not. Next is additionally plan your area of shooting and location, which matches the color. So in any case, you are going somewhere and you get that, okay, this is a perfect location for me to shoot. What you should do is keep few scripts ready. If you do not have scripts ready, you can definitely go and shoot yourself in many different ways. And this is doing something or having fun with a lot of expressions and other things as per your niche. And because that will give you a vibe, right? Because if you get, say mine, the color palette in beige and brown, I go to a beach where I get the vibe. Okay, these are my colors. So I do shoot a lot of content there. And because that aligns with my branding or the brand Bible that I've created. So these are simple tips that I apply to level up my content game by being consistent with my branding. And this is definitely going to help you. Next is textual platforms. Examples are LinkedIn, Twitter, or blogs or articles, there are other platforms also like Quora, Reddit, other places where you can, you can leverage this or text based platforms and how to do it. Let's get into this. So whenever you're posting something out on LinkedIn, Twitter, putting out articles or anything, ask yourself these three questions. Is this my desired tone, the tone that you define in your brand Bible? After just writing it down, you feel that this is not your desired tone. Okay, so today is the AI era, go ahead and understand your tone, don't give tragedy, that rewrite this article in this tone with a conversational tone or informal tone, whatever your tone is, give them more details, and it can rewrite the article for you. In that way, your branding game is aligned. Second question is, will my target audience resonate with this content? So while you created this tone of yours, you were very clear that it should be in direct alignment that to my target audience, or will my target audience resonate with this? So this is a definite question you have to ask, because this will get you direct traffic if you're writing for your target audience in a tone that they want to read. So that is already a good piece of content that you're going to build, which is again, our branding consistency. And while I'm going ahead, the third question that is, am I aligned to the vision and goals as stated in the Bible? If you're putting a more of a personal touch to that story or an article or that blog post or the simple post that you're posting, that you are ready to post, the last question you should ask is, are this my vision and goals that I stated in my brand Bible? So if that answer is yes, and if you do follow the criteria of having the right vision and goals that you wrote down, while creating your brand Bible, you are on the right track and you are having the consistent branding with your textual information also. So this is about articles and other things. Now, when you create content or the textual matters, most of the time you try to use pictures and videos also. So now, again, you have to leverage that visual identity inspired from the brand Bible that you have created. What you can do is create images, which has again, the same color, the same mood, the same font, the same colors, and everything that is there on the brand Bible. So creating thumbnails or banners or images or creatives, whatever, with your own colors, fonts, and mood for the textual information that you're putting out there. So these are the two. And if you start leveraging this from today in your marketing activities, this is definitely going to bring you a great ROI, but in a long run. So start implementing that first thing first. The first step after doing, after watching this is go to the description below, get this brand Bible template and create your own brand Bible or brand identity, a simple one page crisp brand identity to get started with consistent branding. I hope this completely makes sense to you and would just not mindlessly scroll to the next video, sit down, take some action today, start doing this, start aligning your content with branding, and you will up level your game of content of marketing or branding as a brand, business, personal brand, or an aspiring content creator. All the best, you can do it. Thank you.
