Speaker 1: Otter AI tutorial. How to use Otter AI. Hello everyone and welcome back. In today's video, I'll be showing you guys how you can get started with Otter AI. Otter AI is an amazing tool that I personally love to use especially as my meeting assistant. You don't have to take notes, you can get transcripts, you can get summaries, action items, as well as task items that are going to help you in resolving all of your meetings without having to take continuous five-hour meetings all the time. So let's get started with Otter AI. Now Otter AI has multiple different solutions. So you have business tools, you have sales tools, educational and media tools. You can see there are different types of tools for each niche as well. So to get started, simply head on over to otter.ai then click on start for free and once you do, you can get started with a seven-day free trial of their business plan or it gets started for free as well. So we're going to click on sign up over here to proceed with signing up on Otter AI. Now after that, you're going to proceed and enter your email address or you can sign up with Google or Microsoft. I am going to sign in with Google. So we're just going to sign on with our Google account. It's pretty simple and basic and I'm just going to continue on over here and once we do that, this is going to be our Otter AI dashboard. So first off, you have to enter what department you're in and let's say we are the manager. Now on the left, you will see we have our home section. Then after that, we have our Otter AI chat. Then we have our my conversations, all conversations, apps, as well as more. Now I have previously transcripted a chat with this and you will see I have all the details for that as well. Now I'm going to create a new workspace and I can click on create a team and I can upgrade to the business plan and build my own team. However, in your individual plan, you can go into your otter channels and build different channels, direct messages, and folders. We're going to open everything up over here and we're going to get started. Now first off, I'm going to go into all conversations and we're going to do some bulk management. So I'm going to delete some of the older conversations that we have like this and once we do that, all of my conversations are now cleared. Now the Otter AI chat is between you and Otter. So if you're searching for answers to anything that you previously covered, for example, you took meeting notes and Otter AI probably has the transcription. You can just ask Otter AI a question from the meeting and it's going to generate the answer from the transcription that it took. You don't have to manually read through everything. Instead, you can just ask some questions. If I go into the home section here, it will display a calendar as well as any meetings. So I want to ask Otter AI something. So if I ask Otter what were the major decisions made during my meeting this morning, you guys can see there is no data related to that. So it does not have anything that it can actually, you know, reply with. However, if I want to add a meeting that currently isn't going on, but I have a recording of that, I can click on import over here, click on browse files, and I can actually take pre-existing files. So if you have any recorded meeting, if you recorded any meeting, or even if the meeting is live, you can go on ahead and choose to import that over here. Once you import that over here, it's going to transcribe that meeting and make meeting notes and summaries. Now for the purpose of this video, we're going to do a brief recording. So the Otter AI knows some information and then we're going to use the AI chat with Otter. So for that, I'm going to go into channels and we can build different channels to make this easier. Let's say this is going to be related to the finances of our business. And then I can click on create channel over here. And then anything related to finances could be added here. Any meetings that are related to that I would put in this channel. Then I can go on ahead, build a new channel. Let's say this is going to be for my side hustle. And then anything that I'm doing regarding my side hustle can be put in here. So it's easier for me to manage. You even have direct messaging and folders that you can use. And you even have the app section which allows you to connect to different applications such as Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Google, and more. So let's go into our channel, go into our side hustle, and we're going to record a bit of audio. So we're going to allow it to record. Now it's currently recording and I'm just going to talk a bit. So hey Otter AI, I don't have to actually say Otter AI in this, but all right. So there is going to be a meeting tomorrow. And in the meeting tomorrow, we're going to discuss finances. There's going to be a major meeting with some of the senior executives the day after tomorrow in which the meeting notes will be shared. There's also going to be a sales presentation in the near future. And this particular sales presentation is going to determine whether or not this product is going to go to launch. The expected product launch date is in the February of next year. Now, as you guys can see, the Otter AI has recorded everything and a meeting summary is going to appear soon. You guys can see I have a full transcription as well as a basic summary that's going to be created. It's also going to create action items with that. But now all I have to do is I can go back and I can ask it some questions. So when is the expected product launch? And then I'm just going to ask it and now it's going to look across my conversation and it's going to gather insights. And you guys can see this February of next year, the timeline is contingent with upcoming sales presentations and finalizing launch details. So you guys can see that Otter is able to take any information that you have provided and provide a summary and provide you with accurate notes. Not only are they transcribing, but it's very accurate. And even if you look at the transcription directly, there are only a few words that Otter might have missed up. But other than that, you will actually see that the transcription is very, very much accurate. So you guys can see it even has suggested questions, even have a outline and any comments. And then I can go into the AI chat. So how can we ensure that the sales presentation effectively communicates the product features? And then after that, I can ask it some more questions as I go. You even have suggested questions. So crucial milestones and dependencies for the product launch. And it can provide me with a timeline for the product like this. And then you can even listen to the transcript by yourself as well. You can see in the summary, it has provided me with a basic summary and some action items as well as a outline for us. And this includes preparing for the finance meeting, sharing the meeting notes from the senior executive meeting and preparing a sales presentation for the upcoming launch. And everything can also directly be linked to a person. You can click on this person icon and link it to an individual as well. Now, you can go back into the home section. And when you're creating all of these notes, this can allow you to link to your Google calendar. And you can open your Gmail calendar and then schedule all of your meetings accordingly. So you can click on meeting settings. And then after that, you can set up different types of notifications as well. So you can go into your Google calendar and set everything up as you go.
