Speaker 1: What's going on everybody welcome to episode 11 of whiteboard Wednesday and in this whiteboard Wednesday I am going to teach you how to master Social media content distribution, and I'm not talking about the content distribution like your blog I'm talking about how to master social media and how to Go get people coming from your social media channel and going to your website and actually converting those people So let's dive straight into it today. This is something once again that we implement inside of Dash clicks. So I'm super excited to be talking about this today. It's actually one of the newer strategies that we have. We just brought on an amazing content director here, Daniel, who basically controls all of our content. And this is one of the strategies that we're doing inside of our content distribution strategy. So let's go straight into it. First and foremost, let's talk about really social media in itself. Social media can be a great way for you to drive a lot of traffic to your website. But for the, in the past, we weren't doing the best job, at least at our social media. We're doing really good for clients, but for some reason we lacked in our social media just cause we didn't really put the time in that we needed for it. And recently we decided to change it up and really go head first into social media marketing. Um, and I'm going to talk to you guys about some of the tips and tricks that we're implementing inside of dash Felix today and where we're seeing wins. So that way you can take this and implement this straight inside of your business right after the video. Now if this video at any point in time, is there something, if you have a question to ask, go ahead and drop in your comments below because myself and my team come in and we We check the comments frequently and we engage with our viewers. Next thing is if this adds value to your business, hit the like button, subscribe, show us some love. Um, and without further ado, let's just drive straight into it. So four channels that are four or five channels that we've really been focusing on heavily on social media is actually the video platforms, platforms, um, like number one, Number three, Facebook, obviously. Number four, believe it or not, Pinterest is pretty cool. Okay. Number five, YouTube. Okay. Number six, Instagram. Okay. Number seven, Facebook. Okay. Number eight, Instagram. Okay. Number nine, Facebook. Okay. Number 10, Instagram. Now, the reason why we focus on these five channels and not so much the others is our content strategy. You can literally create one piece of content in a redistributed across all five of these channels in the same video format. And that's kind of the secret here. So what we do is we start off by actually creating a tick tock video. All right. Now this video on average is probably about 15 to 30 seconds. And I know you're saying, Chad, well, I mean, can you really get a lot of information out about 15 to 30 seconds? Guys, the secret to social media is people don't want to watch long videos on social media. sitting on their couch, um, watching some TV, eating their dinner, you know, at work, flipping through social media, they're looking for quick quality content that they can go through really, really quick. And we've seen about 15 to 30 seconds is the sweet spot. Um, if you've ever used Tik TOK, obviously you'll know that just by scrolling through Tik TOK, Tik TOK videos are seconds. Um, and the point of them is to create really quality, but at this point, really engaging content. And that's what you want to focus on here with social media. It's not so much about creating a long content that people will sit down and take notes for. It's more so about creating quality content. Yes, but engaging content ever so more. And that's really the secret to social media marketing. It's when you're creating the video before you create the video, stop and think to yourself before I create this video, is this idea for this video? Is this video that I'm about to create? would I share this video if I saw it online? Would I like it? Would I comment on it? Would I share this with my friends and family? Is this something that is going to be shareable, which is the biggest thing. It's a number one metric on social media. TikTok loves when your content gets shared, right? And they'll show your content, their algorithms will show your content more to different users, right? So for TikToks, what we do is we create a TikTok video. about 15 to 30 seconds and we just literally post it on our Tik Tok page. That's all we do. We just throw it up as a post. What we've been seeing lately is on average, our videos will probably get about just, I'm talking about like everyday videos, not the videos that actually go viral. Probably about 500 to a thousand views for every single video that we post. Now, what we do is our posting schedule is we post two videos per day. This is also where we've seen some sweet spots here. So we post two videos per day. So we start off every day and we create two TikTok videos, 15 to 30 seconds. Once again, what you want to focus on here is finding trends, which is really, really important. And you also want to find things that people would, like I said before, want to share, like, and comment on very, very important. If you're not creating shareable content, don't create the content at all. You're just wasting your time. Okay, so shareable content is key. Then what we are going to do is we're literally going to take that same exact video and we are going to roll it over here onto IG. Okay. And what we'll do here is we drop this in as a real, that's the type of post that you want to do there. Now, what we're seeing here on Instagram, surprisingly right now, we're actually getting more views on Instagram than we actually are getting on Tik TOK on average, more views on Instagram than we actually are getting on Tik TOK. On average, our videos on Tik TOK on, on, uh, IG are getting probably about 2,500 to about 5,000 views. Every single video that we post, which is pretty, pretty cool. Some videos less, some videos more obviously, but that's pretty much a sweet spot that we've been seeing. Um, then what we actually do is we throw it up as a post on our Facebook page. And I believe we're, we're throwing it up as a video and then creates like a watch version of it, which is pretty, pretty cool. Um, engagement for Facebook is really low, surprisingly for videos. Um, so we just throw it up as a post, right? So we throw it up as a post. Um, and engagement is, is honestly right now for us, it's probably been under about a hundred, maybe a hundred views per post, some even less than that. Um, we did have a video go somewhat a little viral on Facebook. And I, I think that got us like maybe like three K, but that's pretty much what we've seen so far from Facebook. So nothing crazy yet. Um, Pinterest is another cool one because if you're posting on Pinterest, um, and we just do a post on Pinterest, right? We post right on our page. Um, what we're seeing here is our videos on average. We'll probably get, I don't know, maybe between a hundred and about 300 views, uh, on Pinterest. And then on YouTube we, we post these as shorts. So we post these as YouTube shorts. It's a newer thing that YouTube is doing and what we've been seeing here so far is getting probably an average of about, you know, maybe 50 to a hundred views. We also had a video go somewhat viral here. I think got like 5k views, something similar to that. So once in a while, you'll always get those videos that'll just ramp up and pick up really, really quick. But if you really look at what we're doing here, we're creating this one video and we take this and we post it across all five channels. And this is our posting format, right? Tick tock. We just do it as a post IG. We do it as a real Facebook. We do it as a post Pinterest. We do it as a post on YouTube. We do it as a short and we do this twice a day. And we post somewhat in the morning, somewhat in the evenings. And we even are actually posting on the weekends to secret to this also is You don't have to sit here every day and post, um, um, you know, create the video and then post it. And then at night, create the video and then post it. What we do is we just create a batch of videos. So these are quick videos. These are like 15 to 30 second videos. We can knock out like 15 to 20 videos and we literally just drip it out for like two weeks. We got like two weeks of content, right? Or one week or two weeks of content. However much we have to a day, we just drip it all out. And that's the secret here. It's just consuming. Um, uh, being just really, really good with time. and just creating it, creating things in batches, right? So create them in batches and then just schedule them all out. Now, not every platform will let you do scheduling. So even though you can't physically schedule it on every platform, you just have to go in there and post it but the videos are already done, right? So you can just take them, drop them on a drive and then just start posting them out. But this is pretty much a great content strategy for social media that will drive tons and tons of traffic. You're redistributing your initial video from TikTok, driving it down for other channels. So now you have five channels with the same exact video, just driving traffic in each one of these videos. Obviously you're building followers and eventually people are going to start driving. People are going to start the platforms will start driving traffic to your website. So hopefully this video helped you. You can start implementing this inside of your business. If you liked this video, hit the like button.
