Speaker 1: What's up, Chiaxtric Flow fam. Welcome back to my channel where we're all about love, positivity, being a girl boss, and everything in that vicinity. In today's video, we're going to be talking about how to curate content for your target audience in your business. Curating content is important. I say all the time that it's quality over quantity. If your content is not of quality, it is not going to get the likes, it's not going to get the engagement, you're not going to get any more followers. It's important that the content that you're curating for your business is something that actually appeals to your audience and we're going to talk about exactly how to do that. If you're new to the channel, then go ahead and subscribe and turn your notification bell. If you're not new to the channel, then welcome back. Thank you for being here. Thank you for loving me as much as I love you. And yeah, let's get into the video. So basically, I only have three tips for this video. Curating content is super duper important, but curating content does not have to be super duper difficult. Tip number one is simply do your research. Whatever your niche is, look to see what the trending and hot topics are going on right now in your niche. That will bring in more people as well as keep the people that are already following you stimulated. One thing that's really important when it comes to growing your business is audience retention. Keep them coming back for more. And so in order to do that, you have to see what is hot, what are people wanting to know, what does your audience need to know that's new right now in your niche. Tip number two is identify your audience's likes. This is why you need to know exactly who your target audience is. Whoever your target audience is, that client profile that you have in your mind or whatever, your customer profile, that person has certain colors that they like to see that capture their attention online. There are certain call to actions that they respond to more than others. Should you be creating quote graphics? Should you be creating pictures of you because your target audience prefers personal pictures? Should you be telling stories? Should you be just talking all business all the time? There are accounts that I just cannot follow and be a part of because they post these really dark looking bulky quote graphics and they have like these little muscle pictures in the background or something like that and they're really dark colored and there's nothing interesting in the caption. They just repeat whatever quote they put in the picture and have like you know for more go to and act themselves like 50,000 times in the caption. I hate those pictures. I can't, I don't ever follow people who do that all the time. To me it's so annoying it looks ugly and tacky but those accounts do really well because they target, well not all of them, but you know some of those accounts do really well because they target audiences that like simple basic things like that. Now I'm not one of those people but there is an entire demographic of people who do so you need to figure out what demographic you are trying to reach that'll like your content the most. Last but not least is to simply ask your audience what kind of content they want to see. It can be complicated and sometimes you can have like you know a brain fart and not be able to come up with content. I've been there too but one simple way out of that is just to ask your customers, your clients, your potential customers, your potential clients, the people that follow you on social media currently even if it's just 15 people. Hey what kind of content do you like to see? What are your favorite kind of pages? What are your favorite kind of stuff that you like? Ask them. If they are, ask them what kind of questions you could answer for them. What information you could provide in your industry for them that they do not already know that they would find valuable. So those are my tips for how to carry content for your target audience.
