Speaker 1: Hello and welcome to Interprefy Hybrid Setup, where we will familiarize you with Interprefy solutions that will make your seemingly impossible event efficiently executed. Hybrid Event combines in-person and online elements. It includes a live experience at a physical venue and a virtual experience hosted online. A successful Hybrid Event permits speakers and attendees to join in-person or remotely, usually on an event platform. It lets all the attendees and presenters interact with each other and allows the possibility of combining live and pre-recorded event parts. Interprefy successfully covers all the mentioned. In this video, we'll present three most common Interprefy solutions for hybrid scenarios in the event industry. Option number one is an on-site event with remote interpreters and attendees using Interprefy mobile app. Imagine your client wants to organize a sizable multilingual conference. They plan on having a couple of presenters on-site, at least six interpreter languages, and not a large enough venue to host many attendees and fit the interpreter booths. Not a problem. Interprefy has means to accommodate this, creating an on-site event with remote interpreters and attendees. For that, we use the standard analog conference technology that we connect with the Interprefy platform using USB audio and the capture card allowing the streaming of the session. Interpreters working from the comfort of their homes get the audio and video stream through the Interprefy platform, providing simultaneous interpretation in real-time, directly to the audience. Using the Interprefy application on their phone, tablet, or through the computer browser, audience members will get a chance to listen to the interpretation and watch the conference without any delay. Option number two is an on-site event with remote interpreters and attendees using the traditional infrared or FM receivers. Some clients prefer a more traditional conference setup. This usually means that they already have the equipment for their event, but not enough allocated resources for bringing interpreters onto the venue or not enough space for their booths. These clients use infrared or FM audio transmitters and receivers that allow them to stream the interpretation directly to attendees without heavily relying on the internet connection in the venue. Interpreters, in this case, would join remotely using the browser-powered Interprefy interface. Their sound would be forwarded to the room through the setup with PCs and direct boxes or the RSI box and connected to the infrared transmitter. Option number three would be an on-site event with traditional equipment and remote attendees using the Interprefy application or connecting through the computer browser. For some well-established conference organizers, it is not unusual to have means to organize a full-scale on-site event. However, not every attendee can join on the day of the event. With a greater need for inclusivity, organizers often want to allow those attendees to follow the event remotely. With this setup, interpreters work on-site in their interpreting booths. Their sound is being sent to the participants in the room using the infrared or FM transmitters and to the remote audience via Interprefy application on their phone, tablet, or through the computer browser. Since Interprefy is committed to providing impeccable service, it's important to mention here that our system is fully compatible with the Dante Network solution. We have shown you three scenarios during this video, yet our platform has so much more to offer. Our hybrid solutions are easily customizable and could be adapted to the most complex client wishes. Here at Interprefy, we're up for a challenge, so go ahead and try us. That will be all for this video. Thanks for watching.
