Speaker 1: In this very short but powerful job interview training tutorial, I want to teach you how to answer the difficult but common interview question, How do you prioritize your work? If you don't answer this question correctly, you won't pass your job interview. So let me now give you an example answer in a live interview to that question, How do you prioritize your work? And I will then give you the script. Here we go. Tell me, how do you prioritize your work? I prioritize my work based on the needs of the company I am working for. I draw up a list of daily tasks I am responsible for and I then decide which ones need to be completed first, based on the operational and commercial goals of the organization. I often use a traffic light system for tasks based on priority level. So red tasks need my immediate attention and the tasks come next and then green tasks can be completed when I have more time available. I also ensure that there is flexibility in my working day so I can respond to requests from my manager. So that's a top scoring, cracking answer to that question. How do you prioritize your work?
