Speaker 1: Hey guys, this is Randy from Voices, and welcome to part three of our onboarding series. In our last two videos, we optimized your profile and your demos to make sure that you have the most accurate voice match score. Now we're gonna look at how to select the right jobs to focus on, how to manage your workflow, and how to optimize the amount of auditions you can send in in a day. So let's get to it. Let's check out the jobs posted today by heading over to the hiring tab. On the right-hand side is your voice match score. The higher the score, the more well-matched you are for this job. If you're asking what is voice match, check out the last two videos we went over in depth, and I'll put a link to those down below. You can view the details of the job by selecting the plus icon on the right-hand side. We can see things like the word count, the finished minutes, what category the job is, and what descriptive words the client used to describe the voice that they're looking for. Pay attention to the titles. Sometimes the way a client chooses to title their job can tell you a lot about what to expect. Here's a little troubleshooting tip. So let's say you see a perfect job. It's your dream gig. It's something that you're really qualified for. Why might you have a low voice match score for that job if it's something that you're so well-suited for? It means that the keywords in the job posting just don't match what you have in your profile. So take a minute to look over the job posting, look at the keywords that they chose to use, and make sure that you add those to demos in the future. That way you won't miss out on opportunities like this when they come by. If a client wants a talent that sounds smart, they might use words in their description like knowledgeable, intelligent, educated. So make sure that you're thinking like this when you're adding keywords to your demos. You'll see some jobs have a blue V beside the job number. This means the client requested the help of a voice's account manager to complete the project. Maybe they need some specific accents, languages, translations, or some other complicated requirements, and they want help. However, the client is always the one who makes the decision on which talent to hire. Jobs without a V? They're jobs where the client has opted to take care of the whole process on their own. The featured icon beside a job means they need the auditions ASAP. And when it comes to auditioning, the best strategy is to audition for the newest jobs first. It's important to note that the client can make a hiring decision at any point in the process. So the sooner you get your audition in, the higher your chances are of being heard. This is why newest jobs can often be the best opportunities. All right, guys, so it's time to start auditioning. In the next video, we're gonna cover the do's and the don'ts, the best practices, and just general workflow suggestions to make sure you're doing as well as possible with us. We're always happy to go over your profiles with you to make sure that you're on the right track. As always, happy auditioning. We'll see you in the next one.
