Speaker 1: With Doseri 2.0, newly created projects will be saved to the iPad. With that in mind, a file system is present to organize these projects from the iPad. When you open Doseri 2.0 and select From My iPad Alone, the Project Viewer window will be presented to you. From here, you can create new projects, make copies, create folders, merge projects, organize the projects by name or date, and delete projects and folders outright. Let's take a look at each of these features. To create new projects from the Project Viewer window, simply tap on the plus icon in the lower left hand corner and select the appropriate resolution. If you are performing this function while connected to Doseri Desktop, the only selectable resolution will match that of your current computer desktop resolution. Creating a new project will automatically open the project in Doseri and save it in the Project Viewer. With the project now present in the Project Viewer, we can perform a number of different actions. To rename the project, tap on the project's name. A new window will appear that will allow you to change the name and set a saving policy for that individual project. When finished, tap on the Done key. It is also possible to merge two projects together. To perform this function, tap and hold your finger on the project you wish to be at the front of the newly merged project, and drag it on top of another project and release. An option dialog will appear with three options. Merge Drawings will simply merge the two projects together. Append a Copy will merge the first project with the second project while leaving the second project intact as its own separate and unchanged file. The third option, Create New Folder, does not merge the drawings, but instead creates a brand new folder with these projects inside it. You can then drag individual projects into newly created folders as you see fit. The same rules apply to folders as they do for individual projects where tapping on the name of the folder will allow you to edit it accordingly. To copy projects, create new folders for individual projects, email specific projects, or open projects in other iPad apps, tap on the Edit button in the top right hand corner of the viewer and select an individual project or a number of projects. The yellow border denotes which specific project or projects is currently selected. You can also bring up this editing menu by tapping and holding a particular project for two seconds. Once you have your project selected, tapping on any of the icons at the bottom will bring up a dialog window. From here, you can select any action and tap on its appropriate dialog option to perform the action. On the left is the Open In and Email Project option, which allows you to email your project to any other Doceri user or open the project in any other iPad app. One good example of this would be Dropbox for easy syncing. In the center is the Duplicate Project option, second from the right is the Create New Folder option, and the far right is the Delete option. Using these tools, you can organize your projects and folders in any way you wish, from the most simple layout to a more robust file and folder tree system with folders upon folders within each other. When connected to the Doceri Desktop, two other options become available. When in the Project Viewer, the option to open projects from the computer or from the iPad will be present at the top. Tap on the source you wish to open your Doceri projects from. The project created in Doceri 2.0 will save to the iPad by default. However, you can save options to the destination computer running Doceri Desktop at any time and vice versa. Tap on the Edit button accordingly and select the project you wish to edit. In the center at the bottom is the Copy To option, which allows you to copy the project to the iPad or to the computer accordingly for keeping local backups. This option will change based on which section you are currently viewing. To change where you are currently looking, tap on the different file locations at the top of the Project Viewer. When you have found the file you wish to move, tap on the Edit button accordingly to bring up the appropriate option for copying the project to the appropriate destination. As stated, this is perfect for keeping local backup copies for your projects, importing your projects from other versions of Doceri which kept all files local on the destination computer running Doceri Desktop, or for sharing copies of your Doceri projects with other Doceri users.
