Speaker 1: If you are doing it with full focus, without using Instagram, without Snapchat, without talking to friends, then we spend around 12 hours in college or office, which is absolutely fine. We can't do anything about it. Many people make this mistake and neither they learn data structure nor development. And don't think in friendship that if he is doing this work for him, he will do this work for me too. No. Do according to the schedule that fits you. Dude, we are learning web development, app development and machine learning. If you do this, no one can stop you from learning these things. Hi, myself Parikh here. So, welcome to the new video. And the focus of this video is how to manage all these heavy things like data structures, development, college or office. This is such a big problem. Because all three things are important. Learning data structure is important because so many problems are asked in interviews. Development is important because projects are made only on that. And you have to do college or office as well. So, managing all these three things is a difficult task in itself. And I have personally solved it and broken it. When I was in college, I started a company like Amazon. So, I did a lot of work on data structure. I worked on my app and on my start-up website. So, I have done a lot of work in development. And I had maintained a good CG in my college around 8.5. So, I have experienced all three things. And in this video, I am going to tell you a very good strategy which worked very well for me. And it should definitely work for you as well. So, please stay till the end of this video. And if you like the video, then like and share it with your friends. It will help them as well. And subscribe to the channel if you haven't done it yet. Write down the insightful points that you are going to get in this video. So that, remember to keep it in your mind and follow it properly. So, let's start the video with our first point which is very very important. How to manage hours in a day? So, we have 24 hours in a day. Now, how to utilize these 24 hours productively? So, I am going to divide it into two parts. One is weekday and the other is weekends. We have relatively less time in weekdays. And we have more time in weekends. So, if I talk about weekdays, if you go to college or office, So, generally, 8 hours. 8 hours out of 24 hours is spent in college or office. Because if you are working or studying, then you go there. 8 hours are spent there. Let's take 4 hours more. Because you travel or hang out with friends. It's okay. You chill a little. So, we spend 12 hours in college or office. Which is absolutely fine. We can't do anything about it. So, 12 hours out of 24 hours is spent there. 8 hours is spent in sleeping. Right? I will highly recommend that you spend 8 hours. It keeps you fresh. And you can think properly. Okay? So, keep 8 hours of sleep. If you want to do Instagram or Snapchat, do it. I don't care. 8 hours are spent there. So, 24 hours out of 24 hours is spent here. 2 hours. And sometimes, you get college assignments. Or basically, you have some extra work in office. Or you get some other engagement. So, it's okay. 2 hours are spent there. Now, give me the remaining 2 hours on weekdays. And give me that with your full focus. Because that is very important. These 2 hours. You will work on your skills for yourself. And these 2 hours will make you a very good person. This will define your success. So, you have to work on your skills for 2 hours on weekdays. Be it data structures, development or anything. Those 2 hours are for yourself. No one can snatch them from you. Okay? Now, if I talk about weekends. Give me 6 hours instead of 2 hours. Because you don't have to go to college or office here. So, 6 hours on weekends. And 2 hours on weekdays. If you calculate. So, 2 x 5 is weekday hours. And 6 x 2 is 12 hours on weekends. Total is 22 hours in a week. Let me generalize. Give me 20 hours in a week. That's it. You don't need anything more than this. 20 hours in a week is a very productive thing. If you are doing it with full focus. Without using Instagram. Without using Snapchat. Without talking to your friends. If you are working on your skills with dedication. Then it is very good. You will be able to work productively. And you will be able to break things. So, we have come to a point. That we have to get 20 hours in a week somehow. It is our responsibility. It is our ownership. Why should we refuse our parents? Why should we refuse our friends? We will do it. We will take ownership. We will take 20 hours in a week to work on ourselves. If you are not able to do this. Then you won't be able to listen to the rest. Please follow this properly. And then we will move on to our second point. Let's take out 20 hours in a week. Now, what should we focus on? Right? Now, if I talk about data structures and development. Then understand one thing carefully. These two things can't learn together. Learning means that we don't know. And we are learning freshly. This is not possible. First, we have to learn one thing properly. And that will be data structures. First, we learn data structures very well. Then when we go to learn development. Then we will just practice data structures. Because we know that we are solving problems to maintain the flow. But while learning, we will focus on one thing. And first, it should be data structures. And then it should be development. Right? So, please understand this thing carefully. Don't go to two places at once. Many people make this mistake. They can't learn data structures and development. Right? Now, if I talk about learning data structures. Then we were giving 20 hours in a week. We will spend all those hours on data structures. And when we will spend 20 hours on data structures. Then how much time will our data structures get over? Ideally, we solve 200-250 problems. I assume we are solving 250 problems. In every problem, we are spending 1 hour. Right? In some, we will spend less. In some, we will spend more. In some, we will spend 250 hours. In some, we will spend 250 hours more. Because you will be doing some revision. You will be learning some new concepts. So, in some, if you will give 500 hours to data structures. Then you will learn data structures very well. So, if we are giving our first 500 hours. Then we were giving 20 hours in a week. 500 divided by 20. What happened? 25 weeks. Now, if we are able to learn data structures very well in 25 weeks. That means we have learned data structures very well in 6-7 months. Now, we have data structures. Now, we can think about the future. See, some people will spend 6-7 months more. Some people will spend less. It's absolutely okay. If you are spending less, then you were spending less hours somewhere. It's okay. It happens in 8 months or 4 months. It was in your hands. The effort you put. According to that, you got the result. But, given my statement. If you learn data structures very well. No matter how much time it takes. It's worth it. Okay. So, when we have learned data structures. Now, we should actually move to next. Now, we have to manage both DSA and Development. And we have to manage in such a way. That we have to maintain the practice of DSA. That means, we have to give some time to DSA in a week. And we have to focus on learning Development. Okay. So, somewhere I will recommend. Give 6 hours of your 20 hours in a week to DSA. And give 14 hours to learn Development. Those are good enough hours. Right. The 6 hours that I am talking about DSA. You can do it in such a way. You can give it on 3 weekdays. We were giving 2-2 hours weekdays. You can give it on that. Or you can give a whole weekend to DSA. Some work for someone. Some work for someone. You should think about what work is being done for you. And don't think that you are doing this work for him. So, he will do this work for me. No. Whatever schedule fits for you. Do it accordingly. Give 6 hours to DSA in a week. And give 14 hours to learn Development. Okay. According to this, I think we will be able to manage. Now, what is not to be done in Development? We are learning Web Development. We are learning App Development. We are learning Machine Learning. Like I said. Always focus on one thing. Choose one field. And break it. I have told you how to do this in a video. You can refer to it. I will put the link in the description. But, if we are doing Web Development. Or App Development. Or Machine Learning. Then we will give 14 hours in a week. And we will keep our end result in mind. If we are doing Web Development. Then we will keep working on the project. We will keep working on the project. Until the website is deployed. If we are doing App Development. Then we will keep working on the project. We will keep working on the project. Until the App comes on the Play Store. Ideally, all these things should be done in 6 months. Because, what happens in Development? You have to execute these things. What happens in DSA? You have to think logically and work. Here, you learn a lot by doing. In DSA, you have to study a lot. You have to remember a lot. So, there is a difference in both. In Development. Execution is the main thing. The more you work. The more hard you work. The faster things will run. Right. So, I have told you this method. I have told you how to take decisions. Now, we have to manage DSA. With Development. Last point. But, not the least. Again, we don't have to make a mistake. The projects that we do in college. Minor Projects. Major Projects. Try to align them with your Development Projects. Whether you are doing in Machine Learning. Whether you are doing in App Development. Whether you are doing in Web Development. Align those things according to them. If you can use the same project. Then it is very good. If you show the same thing in college. Then a lot of time will be saved. Otherwise, a lot of time is wasted. Right. That something is going on in college. I am doing some other project here. So, a lot of time is wasted. And, generally, people make one more mistake. They get influenced by their friends. They take decisions in friendship. Friends, let's make a project together on Machine Learning. But, I don't know how to do it. So, I will have to waste time there. We don't do it. According to us. Similarly, the people of Web Development. We work with them. And, we show the same project in our college. Because, we will be able to learn one skill at a time. It is very difficult to learn four things. Right. So, I have told you these things. Please take care of yourself. And, I think you must have understood. How to spend your time. How to invest in data structures. How to invest in development. You have to do it. 20 hours in a week is the formula. You can do it. No one can stop you from learning. I did it on my time. And, I did it well. You will also do it. And, you will also work well. Okay. So, let's meet in the next video. In this video, as I said. I have given the right direction. Towards the result oriented direction. So, please work. See you in the next video. Subscribe to the channel if you haven't done it yet. Thank you so much.
