Speaker 1: Post Planner is a great starter app for either a business owner or someone who is starting to manage accounts for other people. The reason why is it's an all-in-one or almost all-in-one application where you could find content, you can post, you can look at what you're doing and what works and what doesn't. You could repost. That's the greatest feature in here. This application is only $7.00. It's a great app. Again, you can figure out what's going viral already. You could actually retweet that or repost that. You can repost your own items. You can also set things on schedules. This is great if you have groups. If you have a group and you do Motivational Mondays, you can set it on rotation so you can automatically update your group every Monday without you recreating that post. You basically get started with Facebook. I love the single sign-on. Now you see Kim on the right-hand corner. I'm going to click on my Facebook login. It will ask you to authenticate, meaning log in and say, yes, connect these two apps. Once I get in here, and I already have an account so it should pull up my account. It will ask you to go to your settings and it will help you walk through your social networks. Once you connect your Facebook, you'll see all of the pages and groups and everything that you're connected to. Depending on the plan that you have, I believe I have the one step up from the $7 one, but that lets you know how many accounts that you can actually attach. You also want to attach your Twitter account because you can do everything at one time. Before you get started, you do want to go look at your schedule. This is the time on each network. As I click each network, I can set the times, whether it's every Monday, every Tuesday. There's different schedules that you can set. You can click on add new and you could separate them. You could do a Monday schedule. Every Monday, I only want to post at 9 and 7. Or on the weekends, I only want to post a certain amount of time. You can actually just create different schedules. In that schedule, you could decide, do you want to actually post ... Let's go ahead and create another schedule. We'll say Mondays. You could add the time. Let's do 1 PM. You could say at 1 PM, only do links or only do images. You can decide if you want all types of posts or if you want just certain types of posts. These are links, comments, and images. You could delete the time. As you're editing, you could click on different days to add. This is where it comes in handy if you want to do a weekday and weekend schedule or separate schedules. I'm going to close this because I have my schedule down pat for now. I'm going to go into the posting area. I already have some things posted. You'll notice that I can actually go in and repost and requeue things. This is going to come in handy, especially when you're doing things like evergreen content, such as blogs or Periscopes and things like that. I have my Catch account up. I have a video that I've clicked on. I want to make sure and add this to the rotation. I'm going to click on Share. I'm just going to highlight the link, right click, and copy. At the top, I'm going to post this. I want the title. I don't have to go back. I could actually do this. Right click, copy. Notice it allows you to change the title as well. I have the share bar. We're not going to get into that now, but I'm going to check that. Twitter, you want to make sure it's not too long for Twitter. I'm just going to ask the question and then I'm going to put video in front of it so people know it's a video or you can do live replay, whatever you'd like. Notice you can connect your Canva to this and create an image. I love that because then it is automatically connected and it uploads directly there, especially if you have your themes and your colors already set. I could add it to the queue. That will be based on my schedule. It will come out the next time there's an open space or I can say I want this to share next. That means the next post time that's scheduled, it will actually be scheduled during that time and it will move my other posts. You can also post right at that moment. I want to just point out that you can upload photos, videos, and there's a bulk upload if you have several items to upload at once. For now, this is added into the rotation. Once it actually goes through, I can actually select requeue and that will add into the rotation over and over again. You see this one here is requeued to actually add back to the post. That's how you schedule a post with Post Planner.
