Speaker 1: The more, the merrier. It's something I always say at the start of a birthday party and the last thing I remember saying at a bar. But when it comes to streaming, the more eyeballs on your stream, the better. Being able to stream to multiple audiences across multiple platforms just makes sense. Two things you're shy of when you start your streaming journey are time and viewers. Streaming to multiple platforms helps with both. You want as many people to watch you as possible and you can do that in the shortest space of time by streaming to multiple platforms. This is not the time to be duplicating efforts. You need some wins and the right software makes this low-hanging fruit. Enter Restream. It's a nifty piece of software that gives you the option to stream to over 30 social platforms concurrently. This means you don't have just the X number of people who happen to be on Twitch at any one given time, but also people using YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and others, significantly raising the number of potential viewers that you have at your disposal. Don't wanna throw anybody away. You're not gonna be disposing of these people. You know what I mean, but it's a very common phrase. Using Restream for this is easy. You create a free account, select to add specific channels from the dashboard, log into those, toggle select the platforms you're going live to, and then you'll head to the built-in live studio or integrate third-party software like OBS to get started. You can customize the title and description of your stream to each platform. If you find that a Twitch audience responds better to a certain title over another, for example. And you can choose to customize each title and description to apply one to all of them. Again, saving you time better spent getting pwned by 12-year-olds on Fortnite. Why does this seem so like, it's like a personal attack. All of this comes with one big caveat. Streaming to multiple platforms in a single stream isn't recommended if you're a Twitch partner or an affiliate. Twitch could penalize you and you may even lose your account. That's how strict they are with it. And if you don't hate me, that's when you apply for affiliate or partner, that's the contract that you sign. There's nothing you can do about it. So that's something that you have to look out for. But let's say that you're just starting out and you wanna see some growth and you wanna know which platform is best to do that on. Streaming with Restream into a bunch of different places will give you insight into which platform is bringing in the most viewers and engaged audiences. And in fact, you might like the culture on a different platform to another. I know right now there's a huge debate as to whether you should be streaming on YouTube or Twitch. So what happens if you stream to both and see what engagement is like and income is like on those platforms. You'll have access to analytics on the Restream backend that will give you the kind of accurate feedback that you need to ensure that you're not over-watering one plant and starving another. It's a smart thing to do. Starting out on Restream can be completely free with an upgraded membership starting at $16 a month, giving you the ability to toggle which platforms are being streamed to in real time. Access to some paid tier platforms allow for automated recordings, duplicated channels, and so much more. But if you're fresh to the world of streaming, the free membership is a really great place to start. And just if you wanna get your feet wet. Even seasoned streamers who wanna grow their audience will get a significant informational bump through Restream showing you which platforms to target with which content and which marketplace will best position your sponsors. If you put in the work, which is easy to do with software like Restream, your sponsors will notice. I pinky swear. Don't leave me hanging. So to recap, if you're new to streaming or you've been streaming for years, access to multiple audience in a single stream, number one, saves time. Number two, gives quick insight across the broad spectrum of available streaming platforms. And number three, puts more eyes where they rightfully belong on your content. I'll see you guys in another video. Cheers.
