Speaker 1: Hey, my name is Blake. I'm an operations and programs manager. I switched from SurveyMonkey to Google Forms. For more reviews like this, click below. So the forms that we use address both internal and external problems. So we are looking internally at both HR and operational issues within the contractors that we have. And then externally, we use the forms to gauge what our audiences and our constituency is feeling about our programming so that we can continue to prove internally as we grow as an organization. For our organization, we utilize Google Suite completely across the boards. And so Google Forms is one of the several software components to that suite. And it integrates with a lot of the other programs that we use within the suite. So it helps us streamline processes because we've been activating different parts of the Google Suite as we've been moving forward in our second phase of growth. And it also is quite a bit better in terms of simplifying design and accessibility for our external audiences. So the big plus about SurveyMonkey is if you're a paid subscriber, you have quite a bit more options that allow you to ask all different kinds of questions, all different kind of embeddable formats, and really make the forms match your brand probably better than Google Forms. So when I came on to the organization, we were still using SurveyMonkey. And it didn't take too long to learn it. But I immediately realized that it was going to be a lot easier for us and for our constituency if we switched over to Google Forms, just because the way that the forms are laid out and structured, it's a lot more digestible for the everyman to be able to utilize the platform when we need it. So I think the top thing that you want to consider is who is your audience, what are you trying to capture from them, and why do you need to capture those things? Again, with SurveyMonkey, if you're looking to really dive deep into really specific questions and being able to capture all different kinds of answers, I would say that that would be the way to go, provided you're willing to pay for it. If you're looking for a broader, more integrated program that's within the Google Suite and you want something that is far more accessible to your audience or to your customer base, Google Forms is definitely the way to go, plus it's free, which is always a plus. Thank you.
