The employees view similarly allows you to look at measurements and metrics from the employee perspective so you can identify which departments have the higher enrollment percentage, which locations have the higher cost per employee or the investment per employee. You can identify the managers who have the lowest completion rate for example. So these kind of insights allow you to find employee segments or groups where they are performing very well with the training KPIs. At the same time, you can also identify the employee segments where they are not performing well. This will help you identify the best practices within your company and then try to implement that across to all parts of the company thereby increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the training program. And finally, you can also look at trends over months. So you can look at the last 12 months trend of any of the 17 KPIs and metrics that we have calculated already in the template and now see whether you are progressing in the right direction or not by looking at the trends.
