Speaker 1: Hi, everybody. Thanks for joining me here today. My name is Richard Rucroft, and I'm the Director of Global Sales here at Interprefy. At the heart of what we do is a very simple idea. We provide multilingual solutions for online, on-site, and hybrid events. You'll probably be familiar with the way that interpretation has been delivered at events as it's been the same way now for the past 70 years. It's our goal to change that. We don't believe that interpreters are going to be replaced by technology. We believe that interpreters are going to be replaced by those that embrace the technology. So prior to COVID-19, we were taking events onto the internet so that the interpreter no longer needed to be in the room. And of course, this had its advantages, as there was no need to fly the interpreter in, which would help reduce your carbon emissions, and it would reduce layers of cost that was associated to interpretation at events. We would do this by taking audio from the console and putting a video camera in replacement of the booth, putting that onto the internet, and that became the interpreter's eyes and ears in the room. And then, of course, the delegates would listen to the interpretation through their smartphone device via the venue's Wi-Fi system. And so this is what the Interprefy app looks like. It's free to download in the app store on Google Play or iOS. Of course, you can scan via a QR code as well. And then the user would enter a token, which would be unique to this particular event, and it would be set up so that the languages that you made available were there to select from. You would plug your headphones in, and you'd be good to go. Then, of course, COVID wreaked havoc on the world, and we saw 95% of our business wiped out in a very short period of time, as we all did. And so the message was clear, stay home, stay safe. And of course, we soon got used to the new norm. So if you're looking for a platform to host your meetings or events on with simultaneous interpreting capability built in, then Interprefy has what you need, as this is our platform that's been built from the ground up to do exactly that. Users can join from anywhere in the world, and they can control exactly what language they would like to listen to. And of course, they would participate in right within the interface. We also have a solution called the Gateway, as we obviously are aware of those that have their own platform, corporate-wide. Interprefy can still provide the language solutions for these third-party conference technologies via our Gateway. And we've delivered this successfully now for many apps and virtual conference platforms, such as MS Teams, WebEx, ON24, Zoom, and many others. And this is where, essentially, you would watch and speak into these third-party platforms, but you would still continue to listen to the interpretation separately on either the Interprefy smartphone app, or depending on which web technology you're using, we do have a language selector widget, as you can see here with an example from Intrado. And so here's a classic example of how Interprefy has been used to deliver interpretation for a recent GlaxoSmithKline webinar via ON24. 5,000 healthcare professionals attended, and it was made more inclusive with interpretation now available in six languages. Everyone tuned in to the ON24 session to watch the speakers whilst receiving interpretation in a language of their choice. So to summarize, we have our Event Pro setting for in-person events, which, of course, will become hybrid events in the near future. We have Interprefy Connect and Connect Pro, which is for the online meetings, depending on the size and the nature. And then we have our Gateway solution, which is really intended for any other third-party conference technology on the market. We are loved by organizations of all shapes and sizes, and no event or meeting is too little or too large. We are a global team, headquartered out of Zurich, Switzerland, with sales and support across Asia, Europe, and North America. It is our goal to become the international standard for remote simultaneous interpretation, and we're certainly on our way to doing exactly that. I thank you very much for your time today.
