Speaker 1: Welcome to Livolink, an innovative translation project management platform. Thanks to Livolink, managing translations becomes quick and effective. See how to organize a translation project in 5 minutes. After logging in, we create a request, received from the client by email or telephone. The client can also submit it directly in the system. We add a new item by selecting the client, the person submitting the request and the project manager responsible for preparing the quote. Now, add files from the client, either at once or in batches. This is also a place where you store your client's reference materials. Specify the type of service and choose the files that will be subject to further translation process. Then define the language combination, the source and target languages, document type and text specialization. Selected documents can be translated into many languages simultaneously as part of one translation project. The parameters are saved and the completed request is registered in the system. In the next stage, Livolink calculates statistics that will enable you to estimate the value of the submitted quote. The statistics you use to calculate the project may be shared with your client or not. Sharing statistics with clients is an internal policy of your translation agency. In the Quotes tab, we can specify the project type, the number of days to complete the translation project or the exact completion date. We can also provide a discount on a given translation. Ready quote is sent to the client. He receives the message containing the quote that can be accepted or rejected directly from the email without logging into the platform. After accepting the quote, we begin the project. In the first step, we create CAT projects and the system searches for vendors for each task. Vendors can be selected by the project manager or automatically by the Livolink system according to specific parameters. Livolink enables you to assign translators dedicated to specific types of translation projects or client groups and offers a wide range of settings, allowing you to plan the perfect automatic selection of vendors. After selecting the translator, he starts the translation, which can be done in the Livolink editor or on his own computer, after downloading the project files from Livolink. All the functionalities needed to perform translations are located on the right side of the editor. After all segments are translated and approved, the finished translation is saved and redirected to the next stage of the translation process, which is quality control. The text translation is checked in the LivoCAT editor using the same editor tools that are used in the translation process. After completing the translation, sometimes covering many files and many language combinations, we end the project by selecting Task Completed. The client receives automatic notification about the completed translation project along with information on how to download the ready files. By selecting Log In, the client is redirected to the client portal in the Livolink system. The Quotes tab contains all the details of ordered translations. The client downloads files quickly and easily using the intuitive Livolink interface. Livolink automatically generates an invoice once the project is completed and sends it to the client, making the entire process even more convenient. That's all.
