Speaker 1: Hey guys, Andre here. Today I'm going to talk about the importance of attending seminars and trainings. So, when you're starting out, it's very important that you get as much information and knowledge as you possibly can. If you have a very low budget, you can start with books. A lot of seminars out there, business seminars, the introductory seminars, are free. And then afterwards, obviously, the actual knowledge and the trainings and the strategies that they can teach you, depending on what seminar you are attending. For example, if it's real estate, you know, that you would need to pay for. So, there's an investment of, you know, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, depending on which seminar you're attending. So, a lot of people will say, you know, yeah, those seminars. Oh no, don't go to those seminars because the initial seminar and the training is free, but then afterwards they sell you this and you have to pay for that. You know what? First of all, stay away from those people. And if you are one of those people, don't go into business, okay? Because it's impossible for you to not invest in yourself, okay? Or rather, it's, you're going to have to invest in yourself in order to get the knowledge and the skills, okay? So, if you are serious about business and you're in learning skills, entrepreneurship, learning how to invest in property, trading, you know, on the stock market, you're going to have to invest in yourself, guys. You're going to have to spend money on yourself, okay? So, you know, Jesus says, where your treasure is, your heart will be also. And what that really means is, the things that are important to you, you're going to spend money on, like actual money that you work really hard for. So, if you're not spending money on yourself, and this is a very bold statement and I know you may not agree with it, you may not like it, but if you're not spending money on yourself in terms of, I'm not talking about clothes and watches and jewelry and shit, I'm talking about investing in yourself, you know, through knowledge, training, seminars. If you're not spending money like that, the chances of you succeeding in business is very slim. It's not impossible, just very slim, okay? Personally, I have a goal every quarter, I attend one seminar, okay? I'm literally sitting in an online class almost every day because I need to learn how to, you know, do certain things, starting a digital company, you know? I have also, it's an aspiration and it's a goal to learn how to invest in the real estate. So, I have to attend trainings and seminars and I have to invest physical, actual money, give it to someone to teach me how to do that, okay? Teach me how to negotiate, teach me how to find investors to use other people's money. So, those are, you know, I'm not going to know that off by heart or I'm not going to know that just by reading a simple book, okay? I need training, I need someone to actually show me how to do that and in order for that to take place, I need to pay for that service, okay? Or for that training, for that knowledge to be transferred to me. So, just be very sure that you have the attitude and, you know, if your attitude is in the right place, you're going to be okay because you need to invest in yourself, okay? Don't think about it's money that you're giving to someone else or to whoever, it's actually you're investing in yourself, investing in your own knowledge, the transferring, I'm going to say transfer and stuff, the transferring of knowledge, okay, from one person to another so that you can go out there and that you can do that, you can implement what you've learned, okay? So, you need to do your research, make sure because there's a lot of, you know, bullshit companies and, you know, people out there who just want to take your money. That's why I recommend to reach that company. I highly recommend JT Fox's trainings and seminars because those people actually give a shit about you. They really want to teach you great strategies in terms of business and investing, okay? So, you need to make sure that you are attending seminars, okay guys? There is a few free seminars and that's okay, it's great and the benefits of other than, you know, paying for the actual trainings and the learning is you can network and you can meet amazing people. I've met some awesome guys, you know, at seminars that I've went to. I haven't done any business deals with anybody but you meet really amazing people and great things happen when you're surrounded by like-minded people, okay? So, please don't not when you see all of these ads or, you know, on Facebook or wherever or, you know, don't listen to people who've been to the trainings and the seminars and say, oh no, they just want your money because those people aren't going to go find business anyway, okay? They're most likely not even in business. So, you are serious about your business, you want to start a business or you have started your business, you need to get your ass into training, okay? You need to start paying for knowledge, you need to start investing in yourself. So, that's really what this video is about, okay? So, I encourage you guys to attend trainings. I do one at least every four months, okay? At least I try to do one every four months. I'm literally sitting in a class every day, products, coaching and trainings that I physically paid for with actual money, okay? So, I hope this video helped and I hope that you guys understand where I'm coming from, okay? So, you need to, there's a lot of things that you need to learn guys, okay? Coaches, trainings, online mentors, you know, whatever it is you need the knowledge to be transferred and you need to go out there and take action and then take the learnings and, you know, hopefully the successes will come along the way.
