Speaker 1: Hi, everyone. Welcome to my channel. Thank you so much for watching this today. We're going to be talking about my three top tech trends for 2023 that coaches and course creators can use to help increase engagement and customer satisfaction, student satisfaction in your programs, your courses, your challenges, your boot camps, whatever it is you're doing. If you haven't launched anything yet and you're just here because you're interested about what you're going to do when you launch, this is going to be really, really important information for you. I wish I had this when I first started, because a lot of the time, everyone focuses so much on launching. It's like launch, launch, launch. But then what do you do when you launch? There's so many different things that we don't think about. It's like, OK, we've got these customers. I've got them in my course. I've got them in my group. It's quiet. It's crickets. I don't know what to do. Here's a couple of things that we can use to implement tech inside very cheaply, and also very easily and simply inside our programs. So let me just go over here like this. I've got some slides. So yeah, this is three top tech trends for 2023. So are you an online coach or course creator looking to ride the wave of the top tech trends of 2023? Here you are. You're in the right place. Number one I'm going to talk to you about is gamification. Now, you may have heard this word around. It is a bit of a buzzword right now. You may have heard this word at the moment. And it's kind of like, what is gamification? I heard it. Is it for gamers? Is it because my son plays Roblox? Actually, gamification is a way that we can introduce types of events, challenges, types of actions inside our programs and our challenges. So we can kind of turn them into an engaging experience. You know, things like badges for completing modules, leaderboards, prizes, these kind of things. Now, if you think back to a time where you guys may have done a challenge, or there may be something that you've got a reward at the end of it, it actually sometimes really spurs you on. And you can implement this inside your programs as well. So think of some really out of the box ways. I have seen people do things like implementation weeks, extra coaching. I've seen people doing like online kind of virtual scavenger hunts, bingo. There's so many different things that you can do. If you go and Google it, or whatever, if you want some ideas, and you've got a program, you're not quite sure how to implement it, please drop me a comment. And I'm more than happy to help you with this. So the next one I'm going to talk to you about is chatbots. Now, chatbots are, if you like, they're being used so much at the moment. They've been used for a very long time. But you probably haven't even realized that you've used a chatbot. Like with the advent of AI, we haven't realized that a lot of companies have been using AI for a long time, way before chat GPT was out. So chatbots are amazing. I use ManyChat, for example, and I use ManyChat in my challenges. I use ManyChat off my lead magnets. I use ManyChat for just broadcasting. And the open rates from ManyChat are around 80% compared to like 30% on email. Now, there were kind of some restrictions around chatbots for a while where they have, if the person didn't opt in after 48 hours, that they would legally have to be taken off. Now, Facebook have implemented a new thing where if somebody takes a certain opt-in, you can carry on messaging them for six months. So that's six months you can be inside their DM. Now, where we can use this really effectively on our programs, our courses, our challenges. Now, I love using it on my challenge. Every single day when we have a challenge, I give out a task, I will send a chatbot notification. If I'm putting a prize in the group, I'll send a chatbot notification. And people actually ask me, where's the chatbot notification? Like if something happens, you know, if things happen in tech, people actually say to me they love my chatbot. I call it sisterbot, and people love it. And I was really a bit like, oh, are people going to like it in a DM? But if they're interested, they really want to see that information. So looking at things like chatbots can be amazing in your business. So if you have a course and you have a call on a Monday, for example, you can send a chatbot notification in the morning and say to everyone that subscribes, you get all your students to subscribe to the certain chatbot. And they get a notification in the DM to say, hey, I'm going live. Wouldn't that be amazing? How many times have you got an email through, and you've gone, oh, I wish I got that email earlier because I've missed that call, or I've missed that piece of training, or if you're launching something inside the program? Honestly, they're so amazing. I would really advise you to give them a try. Now, they're not complicated. You could sign up for free to ManyChat. Even the probe plans only $15 a month, and it's a really good investment in your business. They have loads of templates. If you guys want help with templates or ideas with implementing your chatbot, again, put that in the comments below, and I will help you out. The next one is low-ticket micro-learning. I have seen, so I work on a program right now. I'm a freelance coach, success coach. I'm a freelance consultant for other coaches. So I work on a program with a big coach called Evelyn Weiss, and she is literally the head of the low-ticket revolution. But now I'm seeing so many people, like $9 offers, $7 offers, $10 offers, and it's low-ticket micro-learning. And you can really use these micro-learning at a low-ticket point. You can use this in your programs. So you can create this as an outstanding offer. You can put it in as a bonus. You can even sell these types of offers inside your programs. But having some kind of low-ticket or free micro-learning inside your program is amazing. People don't want to turn up for two-hour webinars anymore. And I also see a lot of the time where people are business to customer. So when I mean business to customer, if you're a coach or a course creator and you're selling to Joe Public, who isn't a business owner or entrepreneur, they don't want to sit for an hour-long webinar. They don't want to sit for a long training. They want something on the go. So things around micro-learning that you can implement are audio trainings, podcast trainings, 10-minute trainings, two-minute tasks. So you could put a five-day, two-minute task per week. Here's the two-minute task today. What are you going to get done? And this kind of thing. There's so many different ways that you can use micro-learning in your business. And I know you may have your main course content, and people may have said, oh, keep your lessons under 15 minutes. But having little micro-learnings inside as well helps with accountability, goal-setting, engagement, this kind of thing. And then you can go onto your group and say, who's been going through this micro-learning? And it can really help. And there's one more thing. This is like a bonus thing I want to talk to you about. Chat GTP. Sorry, chat G. This is where my dyslexia comes out. Chat GTP. Chat PG. I can't even say it. Yeah, so everyone has been talking about this. Now, you think that everyone's using it. And if you're watching this right now, and you're a whiz, amazing. Love it. Love for you to comment below. Let me know if you're a whiz. Let me know if you love it. Let me know what prompts are working, what's not working, who are you learning from. I'd love to know. If you've kind of used it, and you've got what we call vanilla results and boring results, you probably don't know what kind of prompts to use. And I actually am surprised at this. We're recording this. It's 28th of May today, 2023. I'm surprised at the amount of people that haven't used it, or are scared of it, or are worried about the ethical repercussions, and this kind of thing. It is amazing for your business. You can use every single thing I've spoken about. You can use it. It's about working smarter, not harder. And I am teaching a lot of stuff in my programs about how to use this ethically as well. So I'm really thinking about using all the things I've spoken to you about today. You can go into the AI, go into chat GPT, and ask it, I want to implement a chatbot into my business. How can I do it? I could probably put some prompts in the comments for you. I would like to implement some gamification in my program. My program is about X, Y, Z. It's for X, Y, Z. I'm having these issues. Please, can you help with some gamification topics? And I guarantee you, it will come up with something. I actually may even do a follow-up video to this, and I'll link it below. I'll go through some examples, so you guys can have, you know, just get it there. It'll make it easier for you. But anyway, that's enough about me. I hope you guys have enjoyed this. I hope you guys have enjoyed this video today. These are my YouTube videos. I'm really good at presenting, but I'm really good at going live. I'm not really good at recording stuff. So this is a practice for me. And if you've got through to this right now, amazing. I have a free course launch planner from you. I'll put it down in the comments. I would love for you to grab a copy. I've also got another video in here, which gives, I've got a free, some camera templates to be able to make Instagram carousels. There's probably a whole heap of freebies and gifts woven in all of my videos. And I'm gonna try and link them up to everything that I can. So you guys go and get all the value, come and get the treasure trove of gifts. And I really hope each, I hope you've gained some benefit of this. You kind of open up your world and open up your mind to the opportunity, what these types of texts and processes can do for you in your business to increase engagement, satisfaction, and ultimately success for you and your clients. But I really hope you've enjoyed this video today. And yeah, any questions, any comment, let me know in the comments. Please subscribe, please share. I really want to grow my channel. I feel like YouTube is the place for me right now. So thanks a lot for watching. Bye.
