But cap cut is so helpful for me to edit my shorts, to edit my reels, to edit long-form content. Sometimes when I'm recording a vlog on the road for you guys, I literally edit and record my vlog on cap cut because it is just so useful and handy when it comes to the stickers, when it comes to including like the subscribe, or including like the little YouTube icon. You guys already know about this one because I talk about it all the time, but my second favorite app to use is Canva. I have literally been using Canva for, I want to say, three years now. When it came to Canva, Canva is just out of the game. Like it has so many features that you can not just use your for content, but use for like websites, use for email marketing, it has so much stuff. The main way that I use it is creating content for Instagram. For example, whenever you guys see my carousel post or whenever you guys see my cover, you know, photos for my reels, everything on there is created from Canva. And I'm going to make another video showing you guys a full tutorial on how to make a carousel on Canva, but I am 100% love Canva. I'm just waiting for my sponsorship from them, but I could talk about Canva every single day because it's helped me create over a thousand pieces of content and I recommend it to all my clients because it's just so simple and easy to use, especially if you're a beginner or content. Google Drive is another one of those platforms and apps that I literally cannot live without. Google Drive and USB and hard drive, that's actually another one that I want to include. You need some place to store all your content and that's something that at the beginning when I started with my content creation journey, I struggled because I would save all my content on my phone and I would have a million photos. You know, especially when you're a social media manager and you're managing content for other clients. I would literally have like thousands and thousands of pictures on my phone and they weren't even mine. They were from clients. So I had to learn how to find a way to organize all the content and I use Google drive as like a storage space. So I actually do use a hard drive for all my photos and all my content, but I also use Google drive for a majority of my business admin documents, all my, you know, client documents, all my client projects, because it's actually a really good way. You know, for example, if you're collabing with another YouTuber or if you're creating content for a client, you can upload it on Google drive and you can actually share that same folder with your client by using the share feature. All you need is just their email and then they have that content in high quality HD. It's such a good way for social media managers or videographers just to be able to share their client, their content with their clients because it's so easy and accessible. But let me know if you guys want a video and I can show you guys how to do that for your clients and share all that content. Facebook meta suite is one of my platforms that actually became one of my favorites and I used to be so against scheduling content, but it became one of my favorites because when you're a social media manager and you're handling content for clients, you are going to need a platform where you can schedule content so that way you don't forget to post it or you don't forget to put it up at a specific time. And it was a platform that helped me so much for so many of my clients. For example, when I used to manage one of my, it was like an entertainment space for kids. You know, I used to manage their content and I used to schedule their posts because their posts tended to do better in the morning or on the weekends when the parents would see the posts and then they would take their kids to go play for a couple hours or they had like a special pizza party or whatever it was. But instances like that, you just want to make sure that you're scheduling your content out so that way you don't miss it and you're not failing the client's expectation. And also Facebook meta suite is good for so many other reasons. I mean, you can manage ads on there. You can add business partners on there if they need to manage the Facebook page. You can add, you know, your own business partners if you need them to view certain things, whether it be like through ad or through events, it has so many other features. So I'll make a whole video on Facebook meta suite, but it is so, so helpful also to see like analytics from Facebook or Instagram because you can connect them. But Facebook's Facebook meta suite actually has a lot of, lot of features. So I would definitely check it out and play around with it because you might find something that you really, really like. The last one that is so, so important is Google Excel sheets. You guys, I can't tell you how many times every single day I go to create a new Google Excel sheet because I literally have so many reports on Excel sheets. When I first started managing my content and started scheduling it, there was no really good platforms where I could schedule it on. I mean, it took me forever until I learned about notion and it took me forever until I learned about Facebook meta suite and how you can schedule it. So one of the actually quickest ways on how to schedule your content, especially when you're scheduling content for clients is by using a Google Excel spreadsheet. You can put on there the day it's going to be posted, the type of post, what the post is, and you can even include your caption if you're trying to schedule your content ahead of time or just bulk plan your content. But again, this is super helpful because, you know, if you're trying to schedule your own content, it's good to have like a content scheduler. So that way you know exactly what's going up on what day. And you're also creating different types of content because I can't tell you how many content creators stick with reels all the time and reels will help you will reels will definitely help you grow your account. But when you're trying to provide more value or when you're trying to provide different types of content, it's good to diversify it so that way you can see what tends to do best whether that be carousels, whether that be reels. And even if you're doing this for clients, it's a good idea to have your plan content like on one Excel sheet that way they in case they want to make changes in the case they want to edit anything. You can just simply share that Excel sheet with your client and they can actually leave notes on there for you and say, Hey, I actually, I don't like this or, Hey, can we go ahead and change this for another post?
