They are taking control of their audience data. They are believing in their relationship so that you can build a relationship with them and you can connect with them whenever you want. If you have millions of followers on social media and you want to connect with them, then you should depend on third party social media platform. And social media platform may not be able to send notifications to all your followers. So, please start taking control of your audience data. And next is adopting soft sale. No one will sell you a direct course.
