+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Justin Thrakshin here for Technology Advice. So here, we like to help you and your business reach its fullest potential. This video is going to focus on easy-to-use customer engagement software for you and your business. But first, we have to talk about what is customer engagement software? Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, is a must-have for businesses looking to manage their customer base efficiently. CRM platforms provide insight into customer behavior and preferences so your business can meet their needs and form long-lasting relationships. Now customer engagement tools, on the other hand, are often integrated into CRM platforms. They're designed to help you convert leads into clients by fostering effective communication. So now that we've made that clear, let's begin our list of the top easy-to-use customer engagement software packages, in no particular order. Monday Sales CRM. This software offers a friendly-to-use interface with customizable email templates to allow your business some flexibility when it comes to presentation. Good organization is at the core of this software, which can allow teams to track their progress. Now the software has some issues viewing customer data since it doesn't have a summary page for client information, and sometimes it's a bit laggy unless you're on the web version. But the software can be implemented quickly, without the need for specialists or developers. It also allows for easy, visual cross-department collaboration as you can build out Monday Sales CRM from the division or company level and then segment that into individual tiers that eventually reach the department or individual level. Creatio CRM. This software houses client data, customer relationships, sales marketing, and project management all in one place. At the moment, it can be a bit buggy and the rendering of it can be slow. However, it's an easily customizable software package that makes a strong push for no-code tools so no IT team is needed. It also has flexible dashboard capabilities that can allow any organization to create something suitable for their team's needs. Like everything else on this list, Shape is easy to use and straightforward. Their customer service is known as very reliable and fully capable of helping you with any issues you might encounter. And you know, if someone brings up customer service when discussing a company, they must be outstanding. While Shape's price may be prohibitive for some budgets, its customizable dashboard and collaboration tools make it worth taking a look at. Vivanteo CRM. This cloud-based platform can be accessed from anywhere, but the CRM's user interface can be a bit hard to navigate for people until they get used to it. Otherwise, they are simple to set up and offer excellent customer service and client management capabilities. Now, here is where they stand out. This CRM can also help manage customer calls and track call statuses with ease. Zoho CRM. Zoho is easy to use with a great UI that people can quickly get used to. It also makes use of automation to increase efficiency. It has great software development tools so you can add more functionality to its CRM. Zoho can also be accessed both in and outside of the office by team members. While the software still has some bugs it needs to work out, they still are excellent at third-party software integration. It should also be mentioned that Zoho has good analytics functionality that allows team members to view raw data in easy-to-understand visual formats. Finally, there is Freshdesk. Easy to use? Check. Clean UI? Definitely. But what makes this one stand out? Freshdesk's strength lies in its ability to allow for customer communication through a variety of channels to make customer engagement more efficient and fruitful. While automation can be limited and a bit difficult to set up, the software comes with real-time analytics with an emphasis on tracking communications. So which one should you choose? You know I can't tell you that outright. That'd be like me telling you who you are and I've spent my whole life trying to figure out who I am. And I am tired. Exhausted. So, let's just go over the differences one more time. Monday Sales CRM and Creatia both have no-code automation that is easy to customize. Shape has great tools for online marketing and promotions. They're also built with a client-first attitude. Zoho CRM can integrate G Suite and MailChimp easily, so you never have to stray too far from software you might be used to. Vivantio was great for B2B service automation, so there's an emphasis on business-to-business communication. Finally, Freshdesk is great for any company that wants to track individual customer conversation across platforms. We hope we've been of some help today.
