Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Justin Fraction for TechnologyAdvice. The world is changing and industry is changing with it. At the company you work for, you no doubt have many awesome employees. And keeping up with policy and technology is important. The best way to do this is usually through an LMS, or Learning Management System, so you can not only help educate your employees, but also gauge how well you're doing at it. So what are the top learning management systems for corporate training and learning? Stay tuned and find out. Whether it's about helping them learn new lessons on diversity, inclusion, and equality, or a new system that's being integrated into your organization, having a good LMS is an important part of any evolving company. And also, you should think of them as storehouses of training materials for current and upcoming hires. Let's not forget that. First up, Paylocity. Paylocity has over 200 courses that cover topics from health and wellness to inclusion and workplace safety. Their LMS offers room for customization depending on the company's needs. Whether you're creating or importing training materials, or sharing knowledge in their engagement tool, Paylocity easily can serve as a central hub for nearly all of your necessary company functions. Rippling has automation to help make your life easier. Automation can help assign appropriate courses to certain groups of employees. Rippling, like Paylocity, already has some pre-written courses. With over 1,000 courses on topics like sexual harassment or HIPAA, you may not even need to write your own training materials. Docebo brings AI to the table in a way we haven't seen much before. With artificial intelligence, it can help with accessibility and create personalized learning experiences. Docebo's Flow product also integrates learning into everyday tasks or applications that employees use on a day-to-day basis. Essentially, Docebo doesn't believe there's a difference between training time and work time. Intertwining the two, it already integrates with over 400 tools to make this possible. Absorb LMS is a standalone e-learning platform that offers tons of add-on tools. With data analytics at its core, their modules Absorb Analyze and Absorb Analyze Direct give you granular insight into the effectiveness of your learning and the participation your employees are committing to it. Admins can set up dashboards to help them mill through data customized to your company's needs. Absorb Analyze Direct offers a more powerful version of data analytics that can better measure training programs' impact, identify trends in use, or assess program effectiveness, among other things. It also has integrated user-friendly AI and deep integration with BI tools for better analysis. Finally, there's 360 Learning for the ultimate control over customizability. 360 Learning even gives users the ability to collaboratively create content. The program places emphasis on open communication between administrators and learners so both can work together. Curators provide answers to assessment questions and users can learn from them. You also earn achievements and create a playlist that you can call up later to see a list of courses you think you might want to return to. Let's sum things up. Velocity and Rippling are great at integrating employee data across modules, including talent. Though Chibo and Absorb are robust and have great flexibility when it comes to add-ons, but they may cost you. Finally, 360 Learning is for companies that prefer a self-guided approach. You can be as hands-off as you want. It also has great social elements. For more information on LMS Systems, feel free to check out our website at technologyadvice.com. If you'd like to watch more videos on it, I'm gonna put a playlist right here. And if you haven't subscribed yet, go ahead and do it. We make these kinds of videos all the time. The kids just love them. We'll see you next time.
