Speaker 1: Stage fright is an issue that does not receive enough public recognition. This could be due to those with stage fright fearing to stand up and be heard. Luckily, webinar software takes the physical fear out of the equation. So whether you want to entertain a mass crowd of laptop goers with your eclectic omelette baking skills or that complex sales strategy crafted to blow minds, there's a great software solution for you. I'm Caleb Fortune with Trust Radius, and here are some of the best webinar software fueled by user reviews. GoToWebinar GoToWebinar is an online conferencing solution that offers features like audience polling and Q&A, flexible scheduling experiences, and webinar templates. It provides CRM integrations, reporting, and analytics tools to help track audience engagement as well. Both hosts and attendees say GoTo is easy to use from setting up, signing on, and hosting. One user more specifically summed up the sentiments by saying it is easy to set up webinars and execute them. While others directly mentioned that outside guests face much less hassle joining in than some alternatives. Hosts also like the simple back-end features to run events and introduce speakers successfully, then obtain after-meeting reports and recordings for archiving. Recordings are said to actually have good resolution on audio and video. Finally, hosts and attendees also find it convenient to manage large groups without interruption or awkward pausing. In terms of limitations some users have brought up, some wish that they could edit the landing page as some feel it is poorly designed. Users also feel limited by the lack of brand customization for the webinar registration page. Some have also requested a chat feature, which GoToWebinar does not include. GoToWebinar's interactive audience management options during webinars are polls, Q&A, and handouts. GoToWebinar starts at $49 a month per organizer for their Lite plan, $99 a month per organizer for their Standard plan, $199 a month per organizer for their Pro plan, and $399 a month per organizer for their Enterprise plan. GoToWebinar is best for small to medium-sized businesses, though Enterprise customers do include Sage and Deloitte. WebEx Webinars WebEx Events is a tool for webinars and online presentations. It can be used for events for groups of 100 to 3,000 attendees with multiple presenters. It also includes chat, polls, Q&A, and breakout rooms for audience engagement or live captioning and live translations for accessibility. Users find WebEx is easy to organize meetings and trade events, saying that it saves significant time and money compared to in-person meetings. Specifically, reviewers have praised the process as user-friendly, mentioning that it's easy to control options for each event, for a quality presentation and interaction with the audience. Post-event features, like the integration of post-event surveys and accessing recordings, are praised by many and labeled as reliable. The in-app messaging is also credited as being fast and straightforward with real-time group messaging. Looking at the limitations users bring up, users would like to see a waiting room added to improve the experience for both guests and moderators. Users also point to issues with the video quality, which, while this one can be very system- and hardware-dependent, is highlighted by a number of reviewers. Lastly, users report issues launching meetings from the mobile app and wish for a mobile screen-sharing feature. WebEx Webinars is only available with a WebEx Meetings license, which costs $14.50 per license per month. In addition to that cost, WebEx Webinars starts at $275 a license per month for their first year, which allows users to host webinars with up to 1,000 attendees. From there, prices range up to $4,950 a license per month to host webinars of up to 10,000 attendees. If you want to host webinars with more than 10,000 attendees, you will need to contact WebEx for custom pricing. WebEx Webinars are best for mid-sized to enterprise companies that host large events. Customers include USGA and the Human Rights Commission. Zoho Meetings Zoho is a web-based solution to manage users' online meeting and webinar needs. Meetings lets you collaborate through online discussions with known contacts like your clients and teammates in different regions. Webinars allow you to broadcast presentations and product demos to engage and educate your prospects and leads. Users love that the audio and video quality are clear. Additionally, file sharing is also credited as being intuitive for users, improving the collaborative element of meetings and webinars. Finally, users praise the joining options, with some specifically saying that the option to embed a meeting link allows them to attach a meeting link to their website and landing page easily. Looking at limitations, users say that while the audio and video quality are great, they lack proper HD video support for virtual conferences and webinars. Finally, the quality of video on mobile is something many users feel isn't up to their standards. Zoho Webinar starts at $8 per organizer per month for the standard plan, with the ability to host up to 25 attendees, and goes up to $300 per organizer per month for the professional plan with up to 3,000 attendees. Zoho is best for client-facing small to medium businesses. Some customers include Headlee Solar and Enroute Technologies. Zoom Webinars Zoom offers a webinar option supporting larger audiences viewing live with presentation engagement tools like group chat, dual-screen support, live broadcasting to YouTube or other platforms, polling, and other features supporting streaming webinars and virtual events. Users love screen-sharing tools, which allow hosts to show their clients' websites and other images, along with the on-screen board and pen usability. Some report that it's easy for administrators to set up and get started for audio-only and video discussions. Video quality is said to be advanced and a smooth experience. Finally, scheduling is said to be easy as it integrates with most personal calendars like Google. Looking at limitations users bring up, some say that the background noise elimination is not quite up to par and can lead to disturbances. Additionally, some users say analytics are less complete than a lot of their competitors. Zoom Webinars is only available with a paid Zoom One, which is a meetings, phone, and chat subscription, which starts at $149.99 per user per year. In addition to that cost, Zoom Webinars starts at $79 a license per month to host webinars of up to 500 attendees, and goes up to $6,490 per license per month to host webinars with up to 10,000 attendees.
