Speaker 1: Building a personal brand is very important and I'm going to be showing you why exactly in this video. But before I get into this, I've created a presentation for this video, but before I get into that, this video and this presentation you're going to go through is a video from my program Ace Academy. It is currently free, it is just one of the videos in there, we're launching very shortly depending on when you're watching this video, but the idea is I'm helping you build a personal brand, something really personal to you and create a business from that. You're going to monetize that audience and create a business that you want to do. So that's what this video is about, help you understand why you should create a personal brand and really to figure out if this is a fit for you. Best of luck. Why should you look to create a personal brand? So here's what we're going to cover. What is a personal brand? Standing out in a crowded market, building trust and credibility, leveraging your unique value, opportunities and business growth and then monetizing your brand. So first and foremost, what is a personal brand? A personal brand is the perception others have of you based on your expertise and actions. Personal branding is about consciously shaping that perception. So how can you shape that perception others have of you throughout your personal brand? What type of content do you want to create? How do you want to spread value? How do you want to spread your offer? Everyone has a personal brand, whether intentional or not, the key is to take control of it. So you all have established yourself on social media, but why not utilize that to grow your business, to make some money online, to do something you really want to do. Personal brands are established through social media platforms and serve to display who you are and most importantly, what you offer. What value do you want to provide? What problem are you looking to solve? And how are you going to display that through your social platforms? Standing out in a crowded market. So the marketplace is saturated. Personal branding helps you cut through the noise. So whatever business model you are in, a personal brand helps you establish yourself. Stand out in that crowd. Your personal brand differentiates you from the competitors by showcasing your unique skills and your personality. Obviously it is a personal brand, so you're going to be showcasing who you are and why you are different, basically building trust and establishing a social presence, but you are showcasing who you are and what unique skills you provide. People are more likely to trust and remember a personality driven brand over a faceless business. If you are afraid to show your face, that is fine, but it is a missed opportunity. There is so much value in creating a personality driven brand rather than a faceless brand because that establishes a sense of trust throughout your brand and your offer. They get to put a face to the business. They're going to want to work with you, not the faceless brand. Building trust and credibility. Personal branding positions you as an authority in your field. Sharing your knowledge and expertise builds credibility with your audience. With what you are knowledgeable in, most likely the audience you are reaching, the content you are building is teaching people what you are knowledgeable in. A lot of the time, these people that you're sharing your content with aren't going to be familiar with what you know, so the idea is to build a personal brand around content and an offer that you are more knowledgeable in and have expertise in so you can spread value, which builds credibility within your audience. People trust individuals more than corporations. By humanizing your brand, you build a deeper connection with your audience, invoking trust. Like I mentioned, there's a face to the business. The key takeaway is that trust is essential in business and can be built through consistent and authentic personal branding. Just being yourself. What business out there just makes you be yourself, gives you the opportunity to just be authentic, be who you are and who you want to be. Leveraging your unique value. Your personal brand highlights your unique value proposition and answers the question Why should people choose to work with you? Showcasing your unique strengths helps you attract opportunities that align with your skills and values. So you get to leverage what you're knowledgeable in, what you're skillful in. By building your content, it gives you more opportunities to expand your business, seek opportunities with other people, have partnerships, grow your brand, grow yourself. So an example of this is people gravitate towards personal brands that solve their problems in a unique way. How are you going to solve a problem unique to your offer? So you want to pinpoint a problem that you're going to obviously provide a solution for, but how are you going to solve that in a unique way? How is your personal brand solving that in a unique way? Is your offer different? Are you looking at competitors and seeing how you're going to provide more value, different value, solve it in a different way, a different method? And a personal brand helps people gravitate towards that because you can differentiate yourself throughout your personal brand because no one is like you. You are authentic to yourself. There is no one, there is no duplicate of you. Opportunities and business growth. So a strong personal brand leads to opportunities such as speaking engagements, partnerships and job offers. So the bigger audience you have, the more you're going to be able to grow. So it attracts business opportunities such as clients and customers who are drawn to your expertise. Your personal brand acts as a magnet pulling in people who need the solutions you offer. And this is what I'm going to be mentioning a lot. A personal brand is a scalable business model. So the idea is that you build a following. The more followers you gain, the more followers you build, the more you'll be able to sell your offer because you're reaching a larger audience. Money flows where the audience goes. I don't know if that's how you say that, but you get the gist. You get what I'm saying. So personal branding is an investment in your future. It ensures longevity in your field. The stronger your brand, the more influence and control you have over your professional journey. The reason it is an investment in your future is because you are building something you want to build and you're doing something you want to do. Basically with everyone pursuing a career, at the end of the day, when you're working that job in your little room or little cubicle, you are probably not going to be fulfilled. A personal brand just gives you the ability to do what you want to do, whether you have success in it in the start, you're investing in your future because you're portraying a personal brand that obviously you want to do, that you want to create. And as a bonus, you get to make money, make money remotely, travel the world, spend more time with family. As you grow your personal brand, you will gain more recognition, leading to long-term career or business stability, which is what I mentioned before with the idea of being able to scale the business. Monetizing your brand. So once you've built credibility and trust, you can monetize your personal brand. This can be through digital products, services, consulting, or partnerships. A personal brand opens doors to multiple streams of income, giving you financial freedom. So once you've established your personal brand, creating content as your audience grows, you can monetize that and build that income through digital products and services. Digital products can be anything from e-books, guides, community-based coursework. Services can be like one-on-one coaching, mentorship program, consulting. Really if you wanted to be your own freelancer, you can do this. Any business model works. If you have your own marketing agency, you can post content about how you've given your clients results, your interest in marketing skills, and knowledge you have in marketing. And that can lead people to look at your profile, go through your bio, look at your offer, and want to work with you, want to learn more from you. So there's such a valuable business model. Regardless, there's a reason why every, I'm going to mention this a lot, there's a reason why so many influencers, every entrepreneur has established their personal brand. It gives them the ability to scale their business with whatever business model they're currently in. And all it is, is posting content and really being authentic and being yourself. Best of luck.
