The experience was great. The chat feature was nice to be able to get quick questions answered before I submitted my file. I paid extra for a fast turn around and the file was delayed so didn't make the turnaround time, for this project it was ok, but in the future that could be a major problem. I will give big credit to the customer services, I got emails back right away and they even made it right by giving me a credit to make up for the delay. I appreciate that a lot, but there are times when I would need the captions to make my contractual obligations for delivery for my client so this time it worked out but as I mentioned there are other times when a delay like that would have been a VERY big problem. Overall I was happy with the service and will be coming back again.

This service lived up to its promises - first class service in accuracy and quick turnaround. Easy to use. I will definitely use this service again.

Appreciate the variety of languages that GoTranscript offers for the transcript and translation services. Will be using this service again.

It would be great if you had a timer, a countdown to tell you when the project will be ready, or some type of status update.
