“Loading all the files into the portal was AWFUL! Took a full hour! Constantly needing to refresh. Customer service solution for me to use ANOTHER portal to send all the docs and then THEY will upload. Lunacy. Once submitted: Turn around time is very good. The quality of the transcript is good - I do wish that timestamping was not an extra charge, seems basic. Also, there should be a choice of various formats (word, excel). Still - it was fast and accurate! That is the most important fact! ”
