“The work was done very well and I was impressed by the quality of the transcription. In spite of heavy accent and background noise, the transcriber managed to do the job very accurately. The job was a bit delayed, and I read that if it goes beyond the designated time (which was within five days in this case) you will get a partial refund, but I have not heard anything about that in this case. It doesn't really matter for me though, as I was not on a strict deadline to receive it and could wait an extra day for it without problems. I just wondered how much delayed the work should be before it is considered eligble for a refund. Perhaps that could be clarified on the website. Otherwise - great job! I will definitely use this service again. ”
