The translation was fairly accurate, but I have made a few changes since downloading the file to make it more accurate. It saved me a lot of time only needing to review and tweak the text rather than trying to transcribe it all myself. Will definitely use again.

I have used other companies before; you are above them.

Amazing turn around time, and very high accuracy. Biggest issue was the transcript had a lot of filler words included despite asking for those to be removed. Lot's of 'likes' included, which required a reasonable amount of editing on my end, but otherwise very pleased.

I got charged for the free trial - that process needs to be more straightforward. Otherwise, the service seems good so far, and I look forward to placing larger orders in the future.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
