It was very pleasant and everything flowed perfectly. High praises on my side

I didn't get an invoice, so I am unclear how I was charged. I thought I was entitled to an educational discount, but the final price doesn't seem to reflect that. But on the other hand I can't find the invoice so I don't know for sure. That said, the quality was good and the price not unreasonable.

I had an issue with the free trial, but support was finally able to get someone to help me out. It was a little difficult to figure out how to get everything uploaded properly and the options I should select. I wasn't sure I selected the right ones, but it seemed to work out ok.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
