Great service. Only thing is to make individual researchers able to have their own project and upload transcripts over time, and get the rate for the total submitted, not order by order.

So far this service has been great!

I was impressed with the accuracy and turnaround time especially around Christmas. Not every word was captured perfectly but there was a lot of jargon and informal language used and it was clearly marked where the transcriber was not sure. A good value service, would use again.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
