You guys made this really easy. It was easy to start the project, and to monitor its progress. There was a little delay with two of the files, but those were each 4 hour workshops, so it's understandable. Accuracy and quality of the captions is fantastic. Your customer support team was fantastic. Peter was very responsive. We'll definitely use you guys again in the future and recommend you to others!

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.
