While waiting for my transcript, I found the home screen difficult. Great for sales, not so for order info I was tentatively pleased when I saw the transcript, then annoyed trying to get it into Word. In frustration, I tried the editor. I’m IMPRESSED! The work was the best of the three services I’ve used, and the editing window is VERY well designed. Having constant access to the tape with the ability to easily back up during editing are both wonderful. I spent LOTS OF hours correcting the transcripts for 45 min. tapes from2 other services. This one took a fraction of the time -2-3 hours. I immediately uploaded the last of this projects and my other project to this site. I'm done comparing services and delighted to find one that both produces a great transcript and minimizes my correcting time. Suggestion? Font options for editing, for us with less-than-perfect vision. Congratulations. I’ll be back.

I wish i could customize the logo in the pdf documents, to put my logo before delivering to client. Have gotrascript as wite label service.
