Good for the price, would reccomend.

This is the first time that I have used a transcription service. The service was generally clear and easy to use. There were only two things that could've been better I think: (1) it was supposed to be a 24 hour turnaround, but towards the end of that period I received an email that it would be delayed — with no estimate of how long the delay might be. (2) Some of the grammar and spelling could've been better (eg, at least one instance of "whose" where it should've been "who's"). Quite pleased overall though, and ~£25 is much better than the £450 that the legal professionals were going to charge my uncle for essentially the same thing!

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
