So Far i've only tested a 5 minute sample of a podcast where the speakers speak very fast, unclear and with a lot of slang and you guys transcribed it with 100% accuracy with an exceptionally fast turnaround time and thats impressive. This is the best transcription service i've come across because most others rely on cheap unrefined software and not actual people to do the transcribing. Truly outstanding work and i'll most certainly be utilizing this service again for more future projects. Thank you (:

The platform is easy to use, but I was trying to order transcription and translation of the recording. The website did not explain whether translation was included or how to order translation. The final transcript is professional and, on first review, appears to accurately identify the speakers. The price is also competitive. However, it was intended for a court proceeding and is not helpful without a translation.
