Grateful to receive my transcripts much faster than I expected (and than I paid for). Very happy with the quality, interface, etc. It would be nice in the options list on the order page to have the incremental price changes listed for all the options and not just the turnaround time.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
