Hi there, I went to your Canadian website and saw your prices. I assumed they were in Canadian dollars, but was surprised later to find out they were in US dollars (big difference for us, it's 35% more in our currency). Strong suggestion that if you have specific pages for different countries, either quote in their currency, or make it VERY clear that the dollars shown as prices are US dollars. Leaves a bad taste to find that out given that I didn't go to your US page. Otherwise excellent service.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.
