We've used so many transcription services over the years for our video productions, and GoTranscript is by far the quickest and most accurate service we've used. I always recommend GoTransript to all our friends in the business, also they have a super responsive team who have saved our skin on multiple occasions. A great team and a great service!

there were sentences at the end that were missed. the notation of (sobs) shouldn't be used. Crying would be appropriate if used at all. I don't know why (sobs ) was included that isn't transcription that is editorial. the transcription has so many glaring errors.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
