It would be really nice to be able to edit the transcript and the caption at once- like if I edit in the transcript, the changes can be transferred to the caption. It would also be nice to be able to see my video when I am editing the caption. The customer support is awesome and I and very happy with the result!!

1.) Please make this textbox larger, it only gave me 1,000 words and I ran out and lost everything I typed last time :) 2.) In the "My Orders" HTTP UI, you need to add a column showing me the Title of what I had transcribed. Otherwise, it gets hard to find stuff at a glance in the UI once I've done 100's or orders. 3.) I have more feedback than this so feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like. I used to work in Product Management in another life so I feel your pain :)

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
