This a really top-notch service. I have very poor typing skills and transcribing interviews for academic research was taking a long time. I got a very quick turnaround for a straightforward transcript of an hour-long interview, while a more complex one (with poor sound quality) took longer. I was actually quite surprised at how much they managed to transcribe from the latter - very few unintelligible sections. Very professional, I highly recommend this company for your transcription needs.

I appreciate being able to still use humans that work hard to provide this service!

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
