Double-Pass Workflow
A trained Transcriber completes the first pass. An Editor re-listens end-to-end, fixes errors, enforces style, and validates entities (names, numbers, acronyms). Sensitive or complex files are escalated to senior in-house editors for an additional review.
Transparent Measurement
We score output against gold-standard references using Word Error Rate. 99.4% accuracy = 0.6% WER (~6 errors per 1,000 words). Benchmarks use representative audio (accents, topics, SNR) and documented rules. Pilot WER reports and Project Accuracy Certificates are available.
Entity & Terminology Assurance
Our transcribers and editors combine careful listening with targeted research to resolve hard items heard in the recording - people/brand/place names, product/part codes, legal/medical terms, finance acronyms, engineering jargon, and units/dates/IDs. We use phonetic clues, accent patterns, and surrounding audio context (slides referenced in speech, speaker clarifications) and cross-check with your briefs, style guides, and term lists - plus credible public sources when context is missing.
Calibrated Scoring & Error Control
We tag errors by type (subs/dels/inss, speaker labels, verbatim rules, punctuation, numerals) and run regular calibrationso scoring is consistent across editors and languages. Trends trigger targeted feedback, retraining, or role restrictions. High performers receive priority routing, which pairs complex audio with proven editors - reducing repeat error patterns and preserving the 99.4% benchmark at scale.
