“The responses I have had have been of high quality, but the timing to get them back was a bit of a let down. However, your customer services team did deal with this and that was appreciated. Would be good to have a system that cuts the time in clips for cost. I must have misread it as there was a large silent period in the clips I sent which I thought would be skipped over and not charged for, but that still gets charged. Would be a nice additional feature to include in future releases. ”
