“After spending over 5 hours trying to do the transcription myself, I decided I needed help. I researched for a great company to do this for me, and I found GoTranscript. I was not looking for the cheapest service, I was looking for a service who I felt I could rely on without having any experience with doing this. I uploaded the file in the evening and by 8:00 the next morning the job was done. I will listen to the audio and follow along for accuracy, however the part I attempted to do looks much better that what I came up with. I chose a verbatim transcription and they picked up all the stutters, false starts and background noises, very professional. I have found the company I will be using for all future transcriptions needed. Thank You”
