I used the human translation service and must admit, was sceptical at first as the cost seemed so low especially for a same day service. I was pleasantly surprised when within 10 hours the transcript was delivered, a perfect translation, only two minor typos which considering the size of the document, was impressive. I am in the UK and there were a couple of US spellings of British words, but that is not an error or criticism, but worth noting to British users. The document has time stamps and where audio was not legible, clearly shows this with timestamps. I have no hesitation of given 5 stars for this service and will not hesitate to recommend it.

The platform is easy to use, but I was trying to order transcription and translation of the recording. The website did not explain whether translation was included or how to order translation. The final transcript is professional and, on first review, appears to accurately identify the speakers. The price is also competitive. However, it was intended for a court proceeding and is not helpful without a translation.
