Experience was overall pleasant. It would nice to have a dedicated person to speak with when questions or concerns arise without having to use the chat function. That’s the main area that could use improvement. I would be open to using this service again.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.
