“The experience was great. The chat feature was nice to be able to get quick questions answered before I submitted my file. I paid extra for a fast turn around and the file was delayed so didn't make the turnaround time, for this project it was ok, but in the future that could be a major problem. I will give big credit to the customer services, I got emails back right away and they even made it right by giving me a credit to make up for the delay. I appreciate that a lot, but there are times when I would need the captions to make my contractual obligations for delivery for my client so this time it worked out but as I mentioned there are other times when a delay like that would have been a VERY big problem. Overall I was happy with the service and will be coming back again. ”
