“First of all, this was my first time using GoTranscript and the fact that I received the finished transcript with 10 hours surprised me! Another part I liked about the service i the way things like [laughter] are captioned. Another thing that GoTranscript does, which is legit is when something is unintelligible they clearly state it inside the transcript. In the case of my transcription I would have appreciated maybe a bit more effort to figure out the unintelligible parts, which I still need to do manually. Another suggestion I have for GoTranscript is for the opportunity to download the Transcript inline or in column form like Rev.com offers.”
