“Really good transcript, even for accents from other countries. It was easy to upload, download, and provide words used. It just seems like 2 different people did the transcript. Lastly, I did have an auto-transcript from Zoom, and I thought that would make the transcription process faster and cheaper. However, it would actually have cost me more rather than sending the audio file. ”
