I just received my first transcript, and I am very impressed. I've been using a competing human transcription service for years, and have become increasingly frustrated with the inconsistent accuracy of their work. But GoTranscript totally nailed it! The work was at least 99% accurate, and I didn't need to check the transcript with the editor at all. I will definitely use GoTranscript again. In fact, it's my new default service.

GoTranscript service is very easy to use and very fast turn around times. In using their services with my company, I have been impressed with their accuracy, especially with accented speakers and sometimes tricky acronyms. There is generally very little, if any, correction to do.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
